WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Albany Fire Protection District, County of Whiteside, State of Illinois, has prepared or caused to be prepared in tentative form, an Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year 2021-2022, and the Sec. of the Board has made the same conveniently available to public inspection for at least 30 days prior to the final action thereon, and

WHEREAS, a public hearing was held as to such Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance on the 9th day of August, 2021, at 6:00 PM, notice of which hearing was given at least thirty (30) days prior thereto by publication in the Fulton Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published within said District, and all other legal requirements have been complied with:
