ANNUAL BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR 2022 - 2023

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Fulton Fire Protection District, County of Whiteside, State of Illinois, has prepared or caused to be prepared in tentative form, an Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year 2022 - 2023, and the Sec. of the Board has made the same conveniently available to public inspection for at least 30 days prior to the final action thereon, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held as to such Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance on the 27th day of July at 5:00 p.m., notice of which hearing was given at least thirty (30) days prior thereto by publication in the Clinton Herald, a newspaper of general circulation published within said District, and all other legal requirements have been complied with: NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Fulton Fire Protection District, County of Whiteside, State of Illinois, as follows: SECTION ONE: That the fiscal year of this Fire Protection District is hereby fixed and declared to be from May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023.
