Radisson Blu Hotel – Dhahran Square will be the first Rezidor Hotel in KSA that will follow the new ‘BluPrint’ Hotel Standards. BluPrint is an innovative, coherent way to evolve a property’s design according to guests’ changing lifestyles and trends. “BluPrint,” a new dynamic interior design offering for the styling of guest rooms, social and public spaces, as well as meetings & events. Inspired by islamic patterns, the design Concept is unified with the central concepts of Islam- tawhid, or Divine Unity. In Islamic art the geometric figure of the circle represents the primordial symbol of unity and the ultimate source of all diversity in creation Design concept : Nonchalant | Chic| Modish.

Hilton DoubleTree Resort Location Services Status

A 4-Star mixed used resort that delivers the highest quality lifestyle in KSA. Branded as one of the most recognized hospitality hotels in the industry, Hilton DoubleTree Resort will offer the travelers a world of authentic experiences. Unaizah, surrounded by sand dunes from north and west with a typical desert climate, is famous for its agricultural lands. This formed the basis for the overall design Concept: ‘Reflection of Nature’. Each major areas have its own design concept relating to nature. ‘The interior design aims to explore the boundaries of the perception of nature to personify its qualities and virtues. It will be based on understanding the elements of nature itself; keeping in mind that it has been used as the shapers of elements of design as forms, color and patterns.’ Situated in Unaizah, the project aims to advocate a strong sense of modern contemporary design concept but at the same time shows subtle coherence to Arabic culture; it generally signifies its overall persona of ‘sense of place’. The Resort hotel will consist of 127 hotel rooms, 3 nos. F&B, 13 nos. individual villas, 750 capacity Wedding Hall/ Business center building, plus a Gym / Kids play area building, all fantastically master planned in the beautifully landscaped gardens with outdoor swimming pool.

Radisson Blu - Al Salamah Location Services Status

Jeddah is a major urban center in the West of Saudi Arabia and a converging point for pilgrims from around the world. Jeddah has beautiful beaches on the Red sea. The magnificent CORAL REEF is one of the major attractions. Taking inspiration and design cues from the coral reef, the hotel has textures, patterns and hues inspired from these. The overall interior design treatment is of individual upscale interiors invoking an inviting, exciting ambiance, with a modern friendly attitude offering a holistic hospitality experience that is totally relevant to now. Sheraton Hotel Location Services Status

The brief was to restore and develop the existing Sheraton Hotel to create new facilities and spaces that would bring it to beyond the existing market competition levels. Externally, the concept was to create a sense of arrival by introducing a curved elongated wall capturing the attention of passer-byâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s and visitors to its centrally located illuminated glass-box entrance. This showcases the rich interior design in which the concept was to create a â&#x20AC;&#x2DC;Home away from Homeâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; that depicts the essence of Bahrain. Drawing from its rich history, pearl diving and diverse culture to build a sense of belonging and homely environment. The entrance arrival space creates an exciting and inviting space using materials such as glass, stone and back-lit lighting.

Radisson Blu, Bahrain Location Services Status

A renovation project for the 5-Star hotel brand located in the central business financial district of Bahrain. The brief was to provide interior design to the existing 246 hotel rooms consisted of suites and business club lounges. In addition to these areas, the scope also includes redesigning of the ground floor public entrance and lobby areas, with minor upgrading of the all-day dining restaurant. The project embodies an understated elegance that caters mostly to the Gulf locals. The upscale interiors summon an enigmatic aura, combined with vertical opulence which is a nod to the cityâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s picturesque high structures. The concept portrays bold and distinct statement merged together forming an overall notable impact for its guests. The interior space throughout has modern contemporary furnishings with a sense of a unique Gulf business approach. Guests entering the lobby areas are greeted with modern and sophisticated designs using a blend of smart and chic designs that aims to attract a variety of guests from the technologically prone millennial to the corporate and leisure travellers coming to the island. Al Dawariq Hotel Location Services Status

The hotel is located approximately 3.6 Km from Masjid Haram, Mecca - the center of Islam, where Muslims gather every year to demonstrate solidarity & submission to Allah. The 5 star hotel, on account of its strategic location has been designed to accommodate pilgrims from all over the globe, consisting of over 3,000 sqm. public areas and 300 guestrooms. The guest-rooms are adaptably designed for both low season, 608 nos. of guests occupancies and then maximized to 912 nos. of guests occupancies per floor during high season. The design Concept has been devised as a mix of Contemporary Arabic interiors which hints at subliminal Islamic prayer ritual elements integrated together to provide local/ authentic hospitality. “A Vessel with flowing water” in the main Entrance Lobby, symbolizes ‘Purification upon arrival’. Deriving the design concept from “Dawareq”, this was used as an inspiration for a water feature. This water element, in its literal use for decoration portrays the religious ritual of performing Wudhu, in turn complementing the overall look and feel. In general, it aims to prove a quality experience which will lead to warm, tranquil memorial for both visitors and host. Design concept : Direction | Prayer Identity | Authenticity.

The project consisted of re-planning of interior functions and redesigning of interior spaces to suit commercial clients for the 4-Star hotel brand. The areas included ground floor reception, public areas, lounges; upper floors business centre, gym, spa, pool, changing facilities, restaurant; and penthouse apartments. The proposed design is a combination of marble, wood and fabric designs that are sophisticated yet simple with a hint of burgundy and red reflecting the Ramada brand identity. Best Western Location Services Status

: Al Khobar, KSA : Interior Design : Design

A 13-storey building for the 3 star hotel brand and its main office operations with an enhanced look and feel to leverage its prominent location of central Al Khobar. The scope entails interior design for all the public spaces including reception areas , lobbies, administration offices, business centre, gym and pool, restaurant, typical floors guest rooms and VIP offices on the top floor. Entrances to the hotel and office area are segregated ensuring control of access, security and occupancy flow. The proposed interior design uses a palette of complementary cool blue, white, grey and silver materials to emphasize the feeling of contemporary, elegant and fresh design. Seef Area has major business presence for the local GCC market. The brief was to provide two distinctive design concepts; one in luxury refined Arabic themed with large apartments designed for prominent families from Saudi Arabia; while the other in luxury modern theme but with smaller units designed for the high-end business users. The ID scope covers all the public areas, amenity space and upper floor residential apartments. The design concept aims to cater the affluent GCC market along with elite clienteles across the globe. These final design provides a rich and yet understated elegance through the use of coordinated colour schemes, with a touch of luxury and high quality materials for subtle sophistication. An upmarket residential development located at the exclusive North Juffair area. Aimed to deliver for a society who wants to invest in a lifestyle with an ‘extraordinary’ principle. Public Areas - The Urban Sophistication The project concept aims to portray an array of elements related to city life on a seafront. With an upscale abstraction of patterns inspired from the ever changing Bahrain skyline; the overall interiors constitutes the range of materials and textures within it, echoing the overarching geometrical theme; homogenized. Public Amenities - Ethereal, Urban Escape, Luxurious Our design aims to create an ‘urban escape’ in line with nature. Guests will simultaneously feel attached to the city with the breath-taking views, but yet totally insulated from the hustle and bustle below. We created spaces with ethereal moods connected with a sophisticated twist. Showcasing an approximate 2,500 sqm of public amenities, will be an integration of understated elegant materials with a general neutral palette. Building on our previous successful Spring Hills 2 & 3 properties, we were commissioned to elevate the Spring Hills to new standards. Due to the projects location on the exclusive Amwaj Islands, the project afforded increased budgets and improved approach to stylish living by the beach. We were requested to create a scheme with a mixture of large but simple high impact detailed spaces evoking a feeling of coolness with pale stone, polished concrete plaster finish encapsulating an ultra high end contemporary life style. A lifestyle enhanced by expansive spaces featuring custom details, finest natural finishes that redefines modern luxury living in Bahrain and rising above it all to achieve a tailored finish. A luxury residential development located in Medina. The interior design concept draws its inspiration from its location. Firstly, it is Welcoming, ‘as the people of Medina welcomed the prophet Muhammad with open hearts after his long and dangerous journey from Mecca’. The design concept is to be Radiant, after seeking sanctuary in Medina, the prophet personally renamed Medina as “The Radiant City”. Finally, the project is inspired by Islamic Geometry; Islamic art that is purely geometric and infinite conveys a general aura of spirituality and forms a serene and tranquil state of mind. The overall design concept carefully balances the influential intricacies of Islamic architecture and transitional elements to create an overall timelessly rich interiors. Built on a grand scale, the impressive public areas cover 6,000 sqm mixed use development with a total of 182 residential units, it is an overall epitome of upscale lifestyle with solid Arab cultural palate. The project brief is to design a villa that will shelter the needs of a budding family in Al Khobar. From its cultural standpoint, the areas have been carefully planned to accommodate the beliefs of a standard Muslim family. Proper seclusion of spaces for men majlis and womenâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s diwaniya where considered, but it is overall unique in a way that the Arabic influence in the design is generally subdued in order to put up with the latest design trends. The trace of arabesque are shown in the underlying patterns, selection of finishes & furniture. Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s perfectly coordinated textures and materials brings about individuality in each spaces. As a unifying concept, the villa displays an overall soothing, light & warm elegance that brings about just the right amount of casual charm, inviting its inhabitants and guests to linger more in each room. Sava Tea Garden, Kempinski - Al Othman Location Services Status

The brief was to design a podium rooftop space as a covered outdoor space for serving tea, beverages and bites. Preference was to use Greenery and the space to be designed for 80-90 pax. Tea has been a part of the Saudi Arabia history and culture for a long time. Drinking tea is one of the Arab hospitality customs. The drinking of tea has not only become a social event for the upper classes, it has altered the time and manner in which they took. It has become a culture and a high end way of socializing. Accordingly the place has been conceptualized as a sophisticated rooftop Sky Lounge where inhabitants and travellers can meet each other over tea and delicate bites. The design approach was to create spaces whilst adding striking features like a TEA BAR, floating sitting areas and private Cabanas. Design concept : Outdoor | Nightlife | Green

‘Who is the fairest of them all…….A place where you want to come dressed and leave dressed up’ A chic, extravagant & exclusive boutique spa located in the prime area of Riffa, designed to appeal & indulge the Royal and Elite clientele of Bahrain. ‘Sash’ synonymous to its ‘beauty and its crown’ literally means that every corner of the spaces therein is done with an imposing approach intended to sweep the clientele into a luxurious dream world. The modern baroque elegance of this establishment is immediately evoked upon entering the main entrance. Cascading crystals adorning the column, the backlit onyx long counter, striking gilt finishes and furniture all come together to form an overall grandiose interiors. The lounge is envisioned to cradle the travelers’ need for a peaceful refuge, but at the same time offers a feeling of superfluity. The use of patterns and Arabic calligraphy, plus the choice of color scheme/ palette add’s up to overall abstraction of ideas to create a unifying concept for the area: ‘A haven in the heart of the DoubleTree by Hilton Unaizah’. Designed around a cool Date Palm Tree grove concept, the interiors are strongly characterized by the usage of a modernly interpreted screen design ‘embracing’ the lounge seating area. • Semi-private areas defined • Utilizing the art of Arabic calligraphy to create an interesting wall design • Elegant lounge furniture • Tiled floor with feature design • A palette of soothing neutral colors with strong accents • Patisserie display backing onto beverage preparation area, and built with POS capabilities offering food-to-go service Design concept: Hospitable | Calming | Reflective

The Pool grill area is located next to the outdoor swimming pool area of the hotel. Inspired by the sails of Arabian dhows and the blue waters of the Gulf, the overall interiors stays true to its concept; from the selection of materials and color selections. The brief was to provide two distinctive residential towers in the vibrant area of Juffair in Bahrain, with views overlooking the Corniche seafront. The development consists of 770 residential apartments with retail units, cafe, luxurious lounges for relaxation, a roof top restaurant with panoramic views, a golf simulator & games rooms, and a highly-specâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;ed gym and spa with an indoor pool overlooking a specially design landscape garden. The architecture uses modern structural glazing and metal cladding, along with distinctive architectural fins that connects the two towers into one co-hesive design.

The development, ATAD’s headquarters is situated within Al Najis Village, Riyadh; Mayaasim’s mixed-use master development with a total area of 3.5 million square meters. The building concept is based around a central mixed-use street. With the office space overlooking the enclosed street. It consists of the following key design features; • ‘Ahlan wa sehlan’ The two open arms of the building welcome guests into the building. • The external street is carried into the building, with trees and water features. All the buildings activities are set around the street. • Striking yet efficient, the central arm feature cleverly hides the regular 9x9m planning grid of the building. Offering highly efficient yet flexible office space. • Roof terraces, the central three storey feature to be surrounded by green roof terraces that have been cleverly divided for public and private uses. Development shall consist of 12,500 sqm high quality offices over 3 floors with 1,500 sqm retail at Ground Floor and 300 basement car parking spaces.

The remodeling of the existing building with outdated faĂ§ade into a contemporary and bold architectural statement. It utilizes local materials for it faĂ§ade treatment to encourage sustainable design, while the highly efficient glazing system provides a modern look with solar control for interior comfort. The architecture is also influenced by the regionâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s rich and traditional cultural designs such as mashrabiya paneling and simple geometrical shapes.

Al Dossary Tower Location Services Status

A commercial and hospitality project consisting the refurbishment of an existing eight-storey office building with an interconnecting new fourteen-storey hotel tower. The overall architecture was driven by simple vertical façade treatment with efficient glazing system and metal cladding. The two buildings are unified by a metal connecting roof structure forming a coherent architectural language. The refurbished offices are accessed via a brand new corporate office lobby, which leads to the typical office floor, designed to be let as one floor or multiple tenants. The roof top houses the VIP Client offices, with the CEO & President offices located with prominent view of Khobar and the executive offices facing an external landscaped terrace. The new hotel layout delivers highly innovative & efficient suite layouts. All set around a full height fourteen-storey atrium. At the top of the atrium is a Roof top café with breath-taking views of Khobar’s corniche.

A retail project consisting of creating a modern mixed-use mall to be a premier destination for local residences. The architectural concept was to create an oasis journey using the discovery of experiences, replenishment, and contemporary facades as design drivers. Internally, the spaces are planned using the Arabic community idea whereby interlocking courtyards and streets creates the sense of discovery and community.
