All in-stock items get dispatched as soon as possible: out of stock items automatically get sent as soon as the new stock arrives, at no extra postage cost. You are notified by email each time an item is dispatched. Sometimes, during periods of high demand, ‘in-stock’ items may regrettably go out of stock by the time your order is processed. On these rare occasions we will re-order the item for you and your account will be updated with an expected dispatch date. N.B. cards are charged in full for all items at the time the order is placed. This creates a more secure method for customers as it ensures your card is only charged once, and cannot then be re-charged at any future point. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order within 10 business days, you will be informed by email and can exchange or cancel your items should you prefer.

RETURNS We offer a 21 day no-quibble returns policy. Simply fill in the returns form you receive with your parcel, which includes your returns address label, and post the products back to us. We recommend using a traceable service to return your goods, such as Royal Mail recorded delivery, as we are not liable for items which get lost in the post. Returns are at the customer’s expense. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your returns/exchanges.
