Fleabag By Phoebe Waller-Bridge Directed by Vicky Jones Starring Maddie Rice
Wed 30 May – Sat 2 June 7.45pm Following the BAFTA award-winning BBC series, DryWrite and Soho Theatre bring you the acclaimed stage production of Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s cult hit. Fleabag may seem over-sexed, emotionally unfiltered and self-obsessed, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. With family and friendships under strain and a guinea pig themed café struggling to keep afloat, Fleabag suddenly finds herself with nothing to lose. Stumbling through a maze of social anxiety, disastrous job interviews and meaningless sex, Fleabag serves up an uproariously funny and true account of some sort of a female living her sort of life. ★★★★★ ‘Sucker punch funny…I’ve never seen a play quite like it.’ The Scotsman ★★★★★ ‘Finely polished and filthy as ever’ The Guardian Studio Theatre From £16.00

Accessing Sheffield Theatres
Booking Information
We pride ourselves on offering a warm welcome and a fantastic theatre experience that is accessible for everyone.
Book early for the best seats at the best prices!
Facilities at Sheffield Theatres include: Level entrances to the main foyers and lift access to each floor of both the Crucible and Lyceum. The lift in the Crucible is located to the right of the main entrance as you enter the building. The lift in the Lyceum is accessed via the Stalls Bar (to the right of the main entrance). The main Box Office, located in the Crucible, features a lower counter. There are spaces in each auditorium for wheelchair users, which can be booked by calling the Box Office (not currently available online), as well as a number of seats with level access. For customers with limited mobility, our Box Office team can advise on the best areas to sit, including whether there are any steps to navigate. Assistance dogs are welcome in public areas of the theatre, including the auditorium during the show. Alternatively we can take care of them during the performance, we ask that you pre-book your dog if you would like us to do this. A loop system is available at the Box Office counter and we operate an infrared system in the auditorium. Accessible toilets are located in both buildings, the Crucible also has a Changing Places toilet.
For performances, we offer: Audio Described Performances and Touch Tours Audio description provides a live commentary of the action on stage, interspersed with the actors’ dialogue. Description can be listened to via a headset linked to the infrared audio system. Some Audio Described performances are preceded by a Touch Tour offering the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the set, props and costumes in advance of the performance. British Sign Language Interpretation Box Office staff can advise on the best seats for a good view of the interpreter and stage. Captioned Performances Captioning converts the dialogue and sound effects on stage into text which is displayed on a screen on or near the stage. Relaxed Performances In a Relaxed Performance audience members can move around freely, leave and enter the auditorium as needed, the lights never go completely dark and sound effects are softened.
To secure the best seats at the best price, make sure you book early. There are a range of prices to choose from on Sheffield Theatres productions, starting from only £15.00. The earlier you book, the greater choice you’ll have of seating and pricing. Discounts and Concessions Centre Stage members: up to £3.50 off a maximum of 4 tickets per performance.
