How would you describe your personality as? I would say I’m very loyal, caring, positive and a go getter. Family comes first for me. Karishma Kotak. What’s the meaning of your beautiful name? Thank you. Karishma means miracle. My dad told me that if he be blessed with a daughter, he would name her Karishma as she would be nothing less than God’s miracle to him. Who is your inspiration? Your favourite Co stars? I get inspired by go getters and people who are well educated and achieved things in life without any help. Also I’m inspired by our wonderful doctors and nurses who’ve been working so hard day in and day out. I think we need to celebrate the real heroes in the world who make a change. 4. Your most cherishing moment as an actress. I regard myself more as an “all rounder”. I’m a TV presenter, model and actor. I think working with Chiranjeevi in my first film directed by Prabhu Deva was an amazing experience. Similarly, working with Nawazuddin Siddique in Freaky Ali was equally rewarding. Also, hosting the IPL and World Cup was a fabulous experience. 5. Describe your hosting style. I definitely love being on stage and hosting live events,

Describe your acting style.
Destiny, it was not a planned move to get into industry. Yes, a few things happen unwittingly in your life to bring together breath-taking changes. I’m a destiny’s child.
It’s so simple as I follow “learn and unlearn” technique. Once I’m done with the shoot I forget and then learn again afresh because you shouldn’t feel the pride of your acting to get into your head.
Have you progressed in your career as you have expected? If you weren’t famous, what would you be up to right now? When there are too many expectations and things don’t happen, you feel awful. So, I think I would be serving our motherland as an IAS whatever I have I wouldn’t have it in any other office or as one of the students in an international way. It can be rightly said as I’m really glad with community to represent the country. how it is shaped and where I see me now. Tell us your success story. Who is your inspiration? She Bazaar to the impact and ideologies of a typical Indian family I discontinued shopping consciously. Since shops were closed during lockdown, I haven’t bought any outfits. Will you buy only the items which you have planned to or also pick some other random stuffs? I get high on with the brands like Gucci, Coach, Guess, Dune Hair - Shampoo, hair oil, hair spray I make my hair silk and sturdy by using Kerastase shampoo & conditioner and a hair serum from Moroccan oil. To keep it clean and fresh I always use dry shampoo from BBLUNT & Batiste. Generally, I won’t use hair spray because it just to make you hair voluminous since I have good thick hair, I use heat protectant products from Moroccan oil & few from Kerastase sometimes to protect my hair. Face - Lipstick, eyeliner, face cream After makeup, skin rejuvenation is very important for me. So, need to be conscious in doing it. Yet, I have some favourite makeup brands like Bobby Brown and Clinique which I’ve been using for last 5 years as my base. I use Bobby Brown and Clinique for my colour palettes and concealers. Lipsticks are from Mac, Eyeliner from KKW beauty which provides the ultimate eyeliner effect. Face cream from Laneige and Ella Baché to deliver the dose of moisture to my skin. Body - Body lotion, nail polish Generally, I don’t polish my nails on my own, I get them done at a salon. Body lotion is only from bath and body products which keeps my skin hydrated the whole day. d) Others: Clothes, handbag, footwear
For this I would like to go with one-word answers Bags – Coach Belts – Gucci Wallets -Gucci & Coach Footwear – Steve madden fits me well. Tell us about your makeup kit. When I’m away from camera I prefer to have a clean face without makeup. So, I won’t carry makeup kits with me, but I would have few vital things like lipstick & mascara from Lancôme. Your handbag secrets I don’t like to carry heavy bags, normally I carry Lip balm, mosquito repellent -Ayurveda anti insect repellent other than basic essentials (chargers, mobile etc.,) Is your shopping affected by this quarantine? Undoubtedly yes, I haven’t shopped for any outfits or footwear. It has been 4 months since I stepped out on a shopping spree. What kind you shopping you do during winter? Is your shopping done for this winter? Due to pandemic no plans for travelling this winter. So, therefore no shopping either! Do you plan a budget for your monthly shopping? I don’t have any budget plans because I shop rarely. So, If I want something, I buy it. As simple as that!
