What a treat for me to represent the Greater Shelby County Chamber of Commerce and make a presentation to Governor Robert Bentley on Sunday. We secured an original watercolor painted by Shelby County native Michael Joe Moore. Robin Inzinna of Bryant Art Gallery on Highway 280 framed it and we appreciate contributions from the Shelby County Reporter. Governor Bentley, of course a Shelby County native, was pleased with the painting and we are excited that it will hang in the Governor’s Mansion during the Bentley’s governorship.

When I opened my practice in April of 2010, I had just given birth to my second child and our country was in a recession. Regardless, through a little stubbornness and a lot of perseverance, Goodson Health & Wellness opened its doors with a solid vision and purpose. With the help of the Greater Shelby County Chamber and all the support in this community, we grew 400% in less than 6 months! We’ve been able to love, serve, and empower so many hurting and distressed people and put them on a path to greatness. The Greater Shelby County Chamber is the best ally any small business could have and is a major contributor to the success we enjoy in my practice today.
