Entrepreneur-in-Residence Offers Complimentary Guidance & Support to Small Business The Chamber’s Entrepreneur-in-Residence/ Mentorship Program continues to provide much needed assistance to small business owners – and entrepreneurs. Participants have received guidance on starting a new business, expanding an existing business, launching a new product, downsizing and dealing with a difficult employee. The next Mentorship opportunities, facilitated by Michael Smith the Chamber’s Entrepreneur-in-Residence, will be held Friday, December 10 from 8:00AM - 11:00AM. As the Chamber’s “Entrepreneur-in-Residence”, Smith is available for a one-on-one confidential meeting with any small business owner or entrepreneur

LEA DE RSHIP S KI LLS T RAI NIN G Alabama Industrial Development Training (AIDT) is offering a series of leadership courses focused on skills that all leaders, supervisors or managers need to be more effective such as leadership, communication, teamwork and leading multiple generations. Companies in Chilton County and Shelby County are invited to register personnel for this training course. Spots are limited to the first 25 participants, so make your reservations early. Attendees must be able to attend the class IN PERSON, in Pelham, AL and pass a written exam at the end of the course to receive AIDT's Certified Leaders Certificate.
