June 2 • Arricka Kizer, 25, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery. • Lana Garnett, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. • Andrew Maisonneuve, 27, of Kankakee, was charged with driving without a license. • Zsamika Riggins, 34, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and cannabis possession. June 7 • Charles E. Williams, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with one count of cannabis possession. • Stanley Ortega, 51, of Sycamore, was charged with one count of an FTA warrant. • Paul Lambert, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with one count of an FTA warrant. • Rhonda M. Brown, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with cannabis possession and manufacturing/dealing cannabis.
June 8 • Jeffrey Hurley, 45, of DeKalb, was charged with one count of fighting within the city. • Eric Teagus, 38. of DeKalb, was charged with one count of fighting within the city. • Michael Samuels, 27, of Chicago, was charged with one count of criminal damage to property. • Brian Foltz, 34, of DeKalb, was charged with one count of a sex offender registration violation. • Matthew Phanenbecker, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with one count of driving on a suspended/ revoked license. • Dennis Forrester, 42, of DeKalb, was charged with one count of driving on a suspended/ revoked license. • Tyler Hernandez, 46, of DeKalb, was charged with one count of driving on a suspended/ revoked license. • Steven Clark, 23, of Joliet, was charged with one count of soliciting without a license. • Robyn Morgan, 28, of Naperville, was charged with one count of soliciting without a license. • Julian Ozer, 24, of DeKalb, was charged with one count of an FTA warrant. June 9 • William Fallon, 70, of Sycamore, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and unlawful use of a weapon.

At 2:44 a.m. June 5, possession of cannabis and drug equipment was reported to have occurred at 935 Pappas Drive. The case was closed by arrest. 2. At 1:30 p.m., an in-state
warrant was reported to have been issued at 300 N Annie Glidden Road. The case was closed by arrest. 3. At 4:30 p.m., criminal trespass to state supported land was reported to have occurred at 1555 Recreation Drive. This case was closed by
exception. 4. At 10:38 p.m., aggravated domestic battery, concealment of homicidal death and first degree murder were reported to have occurred at 906 Kimberly Drive. The case was referred to another agency.
