March 21 • Anthony Montes, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with manufacturing/delivering controlled substances, possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to sell a controlled substance.

March 20 • Dessarey Flores, 19, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. • Cruz Gonzalez, 27, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis. • Anjulisa Alvarado-Rosario, 18, of Sycamore, was charged with possession of alcohol as a minor.

March 22 • Alexander Acosta, 21, of Chicago, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. • Anton Hale, 34, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis. • Lyndell Newman, 34, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly house. • Kevin Jones, 26, of DeKalb, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. • Carter Wheeler, 19, of Waterman, was charged with possession of cannabis and manufacturing/delivering of cannabis 30 to 500 grams. • Walter Gay, 28, of DeKalb, was charged with two counts of manufacturing/delivering a controlled substance, possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of conspiracy to sell a controlled substance. • Michael Willard, 25, of DeKalb, was charged with delivery of cannabis more than 30 grams, possession of cannabis more than 30 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. • Angelo Barone, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

March 19 • Jonathan Avila, 18, of Franklin Park, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. • Jesus Cruz, 18, of Sycamore, was charged with possession of cannabis. • Luna Hernandez, 18, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. • Kemon Stewart, 20, of Chicago, was charged with possession of cannabis. • David Cunz, 36, of Cortland, was charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer, criminal trespassing to land and resisting a peace officer.

At 10:44 p.m. Feb. 1, credit card fraud and theft $500 and under were reported to have occurred at the Recreation Center. This case was closed by exception March 21. 2. At 2:26 a.m., possession of cannabis less than 30 grams and possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred at Neptune North. This case was

closed by exception. March 23 3. At 11:41 a.m. March 10, disorderly conduct was reported to have occurred at the New Residence Hall Community Center. This case was opened March 23. 4. At 1:10 p.m., possession of cannabis less than 30 grams was reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall East. This case was

closed by exception. 5. At 1:51 p.m., March 22, burglary from a motor vehicle was reported to have occurred at Lot W. This case was suspended March 23. March 24 6. At 8:40 p.m. March 4, forgery was reported to have occurred at the Holmes Student Center. This case was closed by exception March 24.
