The Northern Illinois University Student Association’s #NoShame campaign aims to eliminate the negative stigma surrounding seeking counseling. Stress, anxiety, depression, and other aspects related to mental health affect many college students, and no one deserves to suffer in silence. It is the SA’s hope that this campaign will reach a national level. Join us in our efforts to normalize seeking help when it is needed. The mental health and overall well-being of students matters.
