The House Cafe, 263 E. Lincoln Highway, will host a Craft and Vendor Fair at 11 a.m. Saturday. The event is free and open to anyone in the DeKalb area. Chicago The annual dyeing of the Chicago River event will take place 9 a.m. Saturday in downtown Chicago. The river will turn green for

Go early to find a good spot to watch the river turn green — the east side of the Michigan Avenue Bridge is a great spot to watch the dye run downstream. The Parade will air on ABC 7 from noon to 1 p.m. Illinois It’s finally time for Illinois to vote in the 2016 primary election on March 15.
