Business After Hours Heats Up in Winter Months

January’s event held at Zeppelin’s Shipping & Technology Center kicked off the Chamber's socials in the new year. Owner Jonathan Gagliardi provided a generous spread for Chamber members, elected officials, and business owners. He shared a bit about the business, which offers shipping and secure mailboxes, computer sales and repair, data backup and recovery and tune-ups, as well printing, fax, and copy services.

Love was in the air at 2nd Street Design Studio hosted February’s fete just before Valentine’s Day. Boss of the Year Holly Cahoon and her talented stylists opened the doors to third-generation salon 2nd Street Design Studio, pampering guests with paraffin hand dips and complimentary waxing services. Darling heart shaped delicacies and sweets topped of the evening as folks gathered around to congratulation the evening’s many door prize winners.

The business community was lucky to be back at Maple Glen Senior Living on March 9. Executive Director Jaimie Hans and her team celebrated in St. Patrick’s Day style, with green drinks and Irish fare to delight in. A few guests even found gold at the end of their rainbow with excellent giveaways, new relationships forged, and the mask mandate slated to lift just days later.

Guests were wowed by the high-end equipment and exacting processes carried out in the two 40,000 sq. ft. buildings the company calls home, while eating copious amounts of oysters on the half shell and steamer clams provided by sister company Salish Seafoods.
