FLOODING, SEA LEVEL RISE, HURRICANE, WETLAND Our site is located in league city, which is close to Clear Creek and The Gulf of Mexico. Due to this location, there are ямБve issues which need to be focused on and we try to avoid related problem by landscape design. They are flooding, sea level rise, water quality, hurricane and wetland degradation. 2100 Floodplain 2075 Floodplain 2050 Floodplain

Development was divided into three phases. Phase 1 aimed at preserving the permanent wetland and other natural features on the site along with some minor development. Phase 2 was directed towards the strategic development of major housing and commercial developments along with restoration of the semi-permanent wet-lands. Phase 3 was the infill stage of development, incorporating small scale hous-ing and commercial districts and scattering small scale wetlands throughout the site.
