KNOCKAPHUCA HOUSE In a townsland minutes’ drive from motorway and Castledermot Village, Knockaphuca House is a protected private period residence surrounded by mature gardens and hedgerows. Knockaphuca House was furnished with furniture, paintings and objects d’art that its owners’ acquired over many decades from country house sales in Kildare and its contiguous counties. The collection thus assembled has since been removed to Durrow where it now leads an important sale at Sheppard’s Irish Auction House.
