STEP TO COPY ICLOUD DRIVE FROM THE FILES APP ON YOUR IPHONE OR IPAD
Open files app, tap iCloud Drive and then tap an application to open files.
Select the files and then tap on copy button. Again click on send to select the copied files.
Click on Share icon and choose the application to send the copies.
