context

the rectangu lar structure has been pushed into the street, then opened itself in order to blend into a two ~faced space connecting both sides .

North Kargar street is a nois!d street, therefore, an!d space near it would require a strateg!d to block the noise. so the bu ilding has moved to the west side of the site, resulting in comforts of spaces b!d block ing the noise .

the comb ination of famous bu ild ings helped us depict a vision on how people ore go ing to interact with neighborhood spaces and what ore their fundamental needs. each side of the expresswo[d hos its own specification which our des ign needs to meet. the side wh ich hos more restrict ion in land and transpo rtation, it needs sma ller scale and decentralized neighborhood. on the other hand, the other side hos less area and more interactions w ith highWOlcJS,it needs bigge r blocks. dO[d II perspective

starting to deal with the regu lation of a perspect ive and its sense of scale, diffe rent levels of connection is ob ligoto r[dto ach ieve a sustain ab le design . each person and each building need to be connected to the web, in order to overcome the certoint[d of the expresswo[d . dO[d Ill pion
