Available to both instrumentalists and vocalists, the Concentration in Brazilian Jazz is designed to provide students with the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of and appreciation for the music and culture of Brazil, from its folkloric roots to its intersection with modern jazz. The Concentration in Brazilian Jazz broadens the scope of the Jazz Studies major, providing students with opportunities to:
