REALITY SPECIFIC WORDS Current Reality This is the reality you are currently in. Sometimes, your current reality is referred to as your original reality. Desired Reality This is the reality you desire to shift to. This could be a reality where you attend UA in My Hero Academia, fight alongside the Avengers or are a celebrity. Your desired reality is the reality you’re trying to go to. Clones There are multiple theories as to what clones are. Reality Check follows one theory, which is that your clone is an extension of your subconsciousness that stays behind in your desired reality. Your clone looks like you, smells like you, talks like you, thinks like you and wouldn't do anything you wouldn't do. Your clone is you. Respawning The act of severing your connection with your current reality and not being able to ever return to your current reality.

SHIFTING SPECIFIC WORDS Reality Shifting There are multiple theories as to what shifting exactly is. You can read more about these theories later in this magazine. For now, we'll describe shifting as the multiverse theory: when your subconsciousness moves from your current reality to your desired reality. Minishifting Minishifting is when you fully shift, but can't control for how long you stay in your desired reality. Minishifting is feeling your surroundings change but being unable to open your eyes. Minishifting is not getting a lot of symptoms or "seeing" your desired reality.

Symptoms Symptoms are the sensations you feel to let you know that you are shifting. They are different for everyone, some people feel tingly and numb, and they get the feeling of weightlessness (like they’re floating). Some people will also begin to hear the things going on in their desired reality. Symptoms are different for everyone and sometimes vary from time to time. Symptoms are not necessary to shift but can be a nice motivator. The most important thing to do while getting symptoms is try to ignore them (which can be hard, I know). Symptoms tie you to your current reality, so by ignoring them you tell your body you are no longer in that reality.

Waiting Room A room you can shift to before you enter your desired reality or to take a break from your desired reality go. This is optional, not everyone has a waiting room, but it can be a nice place to chill out (or freak out about shifting for the first time) Scripting When you script you write down details about the reality you want to go to. Your script can be as specific as you wish. You can read more about scripting and ways to script later in this magazine. While scripting is not necessary, it can be very helpful, especially for beginners.

Learning skills in your DR by Naya (@shiftingpixie)

Many shifters have asked questions about learning new skills in their desired realities and bringing them back to their original ones. Is it possible? If so, how can we do it? I’m here to answer all your questions! First off, it is possible to learn skills and bring them back. Many shifters have learned languages in their DR’s and brought the skill back! However, it doesn’t have to be as big as learning a language. It could also be more minor things, like spinning a wand. For example, many shifters that go to Hogwarts script that their comfort character teaches them how to spin a wand in their DR. When they learn it there, they can take that skill back here! To learn skills in your DR, you can’t script that you already know your skill. Instead, script that someone will teach you that skill, so you’ll have to learn it in your DR instead of just knowing how to do it automatically. Say you want to learn French in your DR. Instead of scripting that you already know how to speak French, script that one of your friends will teach you the language! That way, you’ll get taught the skill, and you’ll remember how to speak it when you come back. Learning Physical Skills in your Desired Reality Now, there is a huge difference between mental and physical skills and taking them back to your CR. It would be easier for you to remember cognitive skills like learning languages or school subjects, etc. However, it is a bit different with physical skills because in order to strengthen those skills, you will need to train your body and gain muscle memory. It wouldn’t be possible to take the skill and take it back to your CR because you have trained your DR body, not your CR one. You might remember how to do a skill or tips and tricks for it that you learned, but you’ll need to retrain your CR body to do them. Tips for Skill-Learning For those that want to learn skills in their DR’s, I highly recommend that you script that you’re a fast learner or that you can remember things first try. It can be very useful when trying to learn a lot of information in a short period of time. If it works for everything else in your DR, then there’s no reason why this wouldn’t help you when you’re learning a language / new skill!

MYTH DEBUNKING BY: JUNIPER "You can get stuck in your DR" There is no way that this can happen. Getting stuck in your DR is very invalid and it's one of the biggest myths that scare people away from shifting. Even without a safe word or safe action, to go back all you need is the intention to! Don't let this scare you away, it is a myth spread around but it's still only that, a myth. "Shifting is just lucid dreaming" It definitely isn't. There is a huge difference between the two. Shifting is a way of moving your conscious mind to another reality while lucid dreaming is being aware of it while dreaming. Shifting also allows you to stay as long as you want while lucid dreaming is limited. "Shifting is not real" It certainly is. There are many documents, including CIA documents that prove that shifting is in fact very real. Do not let the people who say this demotivate you. Studies have proven it's real, but do not pressure anyone who says they don't believe in it to. "You need a script and a method" Neither of the two are mandatory. Both the script and the method are just there to help you. All you need is intention, it's the only thing you can't shift without! Don't believe the people who say you do need those two. Scripting is not needed but it is still nice to know what things are awaiting for you in your DR. Remember that when it comes to methods, a different method suits everyone. "You shouldn't script romantic relationships in your DR" First of all, it is your DR, do whatever you want. Scripting romantic things is not wrong at all. The people in your DR are just as real as you are. Therefore, all that happens there you are experiencing. So scripting a relationship is totally okay. It's the same as having a relationship in your CR. Besides, the reality in which you are dating them already exists. You're just choosing to go there. You're creating the reality you're shifting to" Definitely not. The reality that you are shifting to already exists. There are infinite realities which you can shift to, but you don't create them. We live in a multiverse so they are pre-existing realities. You do not create them. "You can't change yourself" You can, it's still your DR after all that you are shifting to. If you want to sound different, go for it. Want purple hair? Go for it. Whatever you want you can do. It's your DR and you are shifting there, so you can change the things about yourself that’s you want. "You have to shift with your eyes closed" You just really don't. It isn't mandatory to close them and you can keep them open. It's more common to close your eyes but there are some methods which use open eyes. Even if it's more common to close your eyes, it's not like the chances of keeping your eyes open are zero.

Love languages are the ways people express and receive love in a way they feel profoundly. The five love languages are physical touch, acts of service, quality time, gifts, and words of affirmation. Dr. Gary Chapman is the founder of this concept, and this has been used in counseling for decades to help mend relationships between partners, parents and children, and friends. Once you understand your love languages and of those around you, your relationships can go deeper. Love is felt more deeply when the preferred language is used. Physical Touch – These people feel loved and appreciated when someone offers appropriate physical affection. Hugs, kisses, cuddles, holding hands, and so much more. Acts of Service – Actions speak louder than words. These people feel loved when someone does nice things for them such as taking the trash out, vacuuming, or cleaning a room. Little things are very well appreciated and recognized. Quality Time – Undivided attention is the key here. People with this love language like it when they get to spend time with someone they love. Being their sole focus tells them they are loved. Gifts – People with this love language love not only getting gifts, but the thought behind it. The gift does not have to be big, but the thought and care put into choosing it is what counts. Words of Affirmation – Praise and appreciation are the best way to show love to these people. It can be though the spoke word, little notes, texts throughout the day. They also love cards and letters and enjoy it when you point out when they have done something well.

People can have more than one love language, but one or two tend to dominate. That does not mean you should not show your love in all five ways, but one or two languages may speak louder to your loved ones. Why is this important? It is important to show the people you love that you care about them is a way that makes sense to them. We have a tendency to express our love in our own love language, but what if that is not our partner’s love language? Your partner will not feel the love that you are trying to share as deeply as you had hoped. If a person who loves gifts showers you with presents, but you feel love more fully through physical touch or quality time, you may not feel as appreciated as you would have if they had cuddled on the couch and talked to you for the evening. When we learn about our loved one’s love language, we can more fully show them affection, appreciation, and love. This does not just go toward romantic relationships either. It is important to show people who we are not romantically involved with love, too. We all deserve to be appreciated. Once you understand your love language, you can spot things you have done in the past that you thought were great ways to show love, but maybe the other person did not take it that way. Like that perfect gift you found. But when your person opened it, they said thanks and moved on as if it meant nothing. Perhaps you made someone lunch, but they simply blew it off as if it were expected. Maybe you have told people how much you appreciated them or written texts that have gone unanswered, or worse, unread. I encourage you to figure out your love language and to discuss it with your loved ones. There is a quiz you can take to help you figure it out at 5lovelanguages.com/quizzes/love-language. After you pinpoint your love language, look back to figure out those moments where you really felt love. Share this with the people you love. Let them know your love language and discuss how this impacts you. You can use this in your desired reality by scripting scenarios that go along with you or your partner’s love language. It will help you feel more connected to them and could help you with grounding yourself there. You can also use this in your current reality, not only to effectively show people you care about your love, but to help others know how to best show you love. 10/11

DIFFERENT METHODS FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE BY COFFEE

Often, shifters have trouble with picking a method that feels most comfortable to them or even the one that brings them closer to shifting to their DR. There are also some who merge two or more methods for themselves. It’s important to know that even though there’s a wide variety of methods out there, some of them contrast and some take a bit of patience and time. Firstly, you should gather important information such as how to do the method, what state of mind it requires (some require the void state), etc… Then you can cross out the things that you feel like would be too much for you, some people decide not to do the starfish position for a variety of reasons, and it's all okay. You might be doing this certain method either to try it out for the first time and see what gets you going, or maybe because it brought you super close the last time. But the most important thing to remember is that you are the one shifting and it’s your choice on what method feels comfortable enough to use. 14/15

Moving on to the topic of merging methods. In my opinion, merging methods is a fantastic discovery in the shifting community. Blending together a mix of methods and other factors and tailoring them to your preference is a genuinely beautiful thing! But something a lot of people don’t pay attention to is the fact of methods that contrast or how some aspects of certain methods wouldn’t go well with your DR narrative. The most noticeable contrast is the difference in awake and sleep methods. When mixing methods, where one is an awake method, and the other is a sleep method- it really causes a bit of confusion when you start to prepare and you realize that you don’t know whether to open your eyes once you feel ready or go to sleep. Of course that issue can be solved through making it clear that you will follow method #1 to a certain level before you go down the route of method #2 or so. This little detail slips a lot of minds thus causing confusion. Another thing I’ve noticed that lacks acknowledgement is the part your method would play in your DR and its narrative. For example, say someone is shifting to a DR where they plan to date someone specifically and the shifter wants to experience the whole enemies-to-lovers arc.

Imagine the shifter decides to pick the Heartbeat method or the In Your Arms method. As you know, these methods require shifting with the idea that you are hugging or cuddling with a specific person from your DR, most of the time the one that you are closest to. But since the shifter wanted to go through that story arc, this might just put a problem in front of the shifter. Again, it’s very easy to dodge this by pre-determining that the heartbeat you’ll be hearing could be of your dr pet beside you/your parents that you’re hugging/a best friend you have a sleepover with etc. But the most important thing is to notice these little things. I’ve seen first hand that a huge part of the community spends time delving into research for their DRs, and motivation too.

This is something I feel a lot of people should do in order to clearly mark what works for you. And while researching is a huge factor in the part of knowledge, there’s a lot of insider information for methods, all available to shifters once they know what exactly to search for. The high number of shifters' communities that are stemming from one place and branching out in order to meet other shifters is wonderful and allows a lot of knowledge to be exchanged. The most welcoming platforms to a variety of shifters are Instagram and Amino Apps. The reason I’m putting a spotlight upon them is because there are many people on those apps that are very experienced and would definitely advise you if you asked for help! 16/17

Hi! It's Rosaire, back again with another article! This time we’ll be talking about scripting add-ons. From personal experience I know it’s quite hard to think of things to script especially when you don’t really have a completed script. When you’re writing your script you may think of some things to write here and there but it’s hard to get what you want all down onto paper since everytime you feel like you’ve finished writing it you feel like you're missing something that could play a vital role in your DR. Well not to worry, below I have compiled some add-ons that may be helpful for your script!

L I F ABY TIGERA P P You may have heard of the Lifa App before; Maybe it was on a scripting template or in a tiktok you watched. The Lifa app is an app that ONLY appears in your desired reality (though some people are making it in real life). The app is there to make shifting easier and to manage your OR (Original reality) while you're away. If something is not going your way you can open the app and change it to make it go as you like! The Lifa app can change and vary in every desired reality. If you shift to Harry Potter for example, where phones/electronics are not allowed, you could script the Lifa app as a notebook. Through no matter the desired reality the Lifa app has the same core purposes. The app can for example give you a notification when you shift so you know you haven’t just woken up in your original reality. It usually shows you the time and date in your original reality and desired reality. It can give you intel on your clone like what they are doing and how they are feeling. It also has “Scripts” where you can see your script for the reality you are in and for your other desired realities. Then you can edit and make changes to the events or anything else in your script! There is a “Manifesting” page where you can manifest anything you may need in your desired reality (Clothes, food, etc.). In addition there is also a “Wallet” which allows you to see and withdraw your money in your desired reality. You can also choose your currency depending on the desired reality. There are different options such as pounds, dollars, galleons, euros, rupees and more!

The app also includes “Appearance” where you can see and change your appearance in your desired reality. You can do things like change your hair color, eye color and other things about your appearance. One of the apps coolest features is “Shifting” where you can see all of your desired realities and simply click on one to shift to them. Best of all; all of these features are customizable! So you could get rid of one, add one, or adjust the function of one!

Q : What inspired you to make the app? A :When one of the Lifa App design videos popped up on my FYP on TikTok I did the first thing any baby shifter did, I went on the App Store, but got disappointed when I found out that the „app“ did not exist! At first I didn’t think much of it, there were beautiful designs out there, but I would have never considered actually starting a project around it. Until, I started writing scripts on my Notes app and listened to subliminals on Youtube and created mood boards on Pinterest. I got frustrated with always switching between so many apps, to the point where I didn’t feel like shifting at all. I like my things organized and it motivates me to sort my stuff, no matter if it’s digital or in real life. That was when the LIFAApp Project was born. First I was so naive to think I could program the app with no experience what so ever. I actually learned quite a lot, but it would have taken years to learn coding by myself and decades to release a working app. One thing led to another. My videos went viral, and people were messaging me. One guy in particular messaged me and we talked about programming and what I use etc. I remember he offered his help, multiple times actually, but I refused. I was determined to do this on my own. But when I noticed how little improvements I showed and how slow development went, I almost declared the project for dead. That was when Philip texted me again, and offered his help. This time I agreed.

Q : What features are you focusing on? A : I am focusing on a minimalistic and simple app. The app is mainly for scripting and organizing everything that belongs to a good script. So categories like: Script for general things, Diary to keep track of what happened in your DR, Characters to list all the characters appearing in your DR, Subliminals to import all the subliminals you love and much more.

TROUBLE SHIFTING? TRY YOUR ENERGY!

Have you ever been at a rally or a concert and for some reason it was like the hairs on your arms were standing on edge, and maybe you found yourself scream-singing along with the music or embracing strangers and generally just feeling like you were on a cloud nine? If not, maybe you’ve heard of the opposite where sometimes mobs get out of hand and all of sudden things are falling apart and everyone is guilty. That's because of energy. Let’s take it back a couple of steps.

At our very core, all we are are atoms, with electrons, that are in a constant state of movement according to brownian movement. This movement is energy, our body even in its resting state is still creating energy. Your heart beats, your blood moves, your brain waves jump through your nervous system like lightning. And even then, there's something else about a human, their aura, their drive, their soul, whatever you want to call it, it is energy. Energy is less about your drive to get up and do the dishes, and more about your internal state of affairs. Your emotions and traumas, your fears and dreams, the good things you’ve done alongside the bad things you’ve done. 22/23

Our energy affects every aspect of our lives, so it's important to note: Energy comes in levels. Currently, most humans exist in something called the “3rd dimension” energy level. We exist physically and of course can have low energy emotions like fear and anger and hate. This is all paramount to what you’re noticing. Ever do something good, like service, or love and feel lighter, purer? Or maybe there was a time you took a break from friends, and when you came back to them, how they were acting made you feel slower and bogged down? Low-energy emotions like anger, jealousy, and ego slow down your energy, causing you to stay in the 3rd dimension. Or in other words, causing you to have difficulty shifting. Part of the shifting process is telling your mind and body that it’s safe where it is, and in essence, telling it you’ll be back soon. However, if the body is safe physically, but is still feeling the effects of your low energy emotions, you’ll have a harder time reaching the amount of energy required to shift. Another way to look at this is through biology. I know, yuck, school being related to shifting? Everything is circumscribed into a whole. Everything you do relates to one another. Therefore, yes, school can help you shift. In chemical reactions, a certain amount of energy is required to “activate” the process. This is called the activation energy- the chemical reaction in itself is not streamlined and often requires access to large amounts of energy from the molecules in order for them to participate. The process will still happen, according to brownian movement, but only to a few molecules. The help from a “catalyst” will allow more molecules to go through whatever process it’s going through by lowering the activation energy required. If you’re struggling to shift, you need to find something that will lower the activation energy for shifting. Some way to get over the hump and over the threshold to your waiting room or full on into your dream reality. 2 48 / 32 05

Paying attention to your energy, how you’re using it, and expending it throughout the day before you crawl into bed at night is paramount to the kind of experience you’ll have. Let’s recap. Anger, jealousy, ego, trauma, etc. are all low level emotions that will drag your personal energy into a lower state. Shifting out of one dimension into the next requires your personal energy to be in a higher state. Basic chemical reaction theory explains that yes, some people can still shift even without the help of a “catalyst”, but if you’re having trouble shifting, you need to raise your energy or find something to help. Now, this isn’t a side of shifting looked at, since much of the shifting content seems to encourage relentless pursuance. However, when you heal yourself from your anger and jealousy, or anything bad in your life that has left your emotions and energy clogged, not only will you feel better, but the motivation to shift will come easier. It costs you nothing to radiate love, light, and peace, to set your boundaries with people and maintain them, or forgive yourself for past mistakes, except maybe your ability to shift and your peace of mind. Shifting to another reality, leaving this one and making an appearance in your dream one, requires lots of energy. The whole process of gathering up all that makes you you, while trying to remember your script and the method you’re using, and the cutting of ties that bind you 24/25

EVERY SHIFTER KNOWS THERE ARE QUITE A LOT OF REALITIES OUT THERE, BUT NOT ALL OF US AGREE ON EXACTLY HOW EXACTLY THAT WORKS, BECAUSE WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT THEORIES AND BELIEFS. LOSING MOTIVATION & HOW TO GET REMOTIVATED Losing motivation can cause you to feel a myriad of different emotions. Personally, losing motivation makes it extremely hard to bring myself to shift. My mind fills with doubts and I run solely on willpower. It’s different for everyone, but seems to have a similar impact on shifting journeys. The first step is to think about why you’re demotivated (this is not something I can really help with, as it is different for everyone, but I can help guide you through it). After identifying the reasons, we can figure out how to avoid it. If you haven’t been feeling symptoms, try to read more about the fact that you don’t need symptoms to shift. If you’ve been

getting distracted, try to shift at a different time, or move to a new area. There are many ways we can attempt to avoid demotivation, but do not worry if you still occasionally feel hopeless.

WAYS TO

RE-MOTIVATE YOURSELF If you are still feeling abnormally demotivated after this, then we can work on ways to push through and get re-motivated. Losing motivation can make it hard to believe in yourself. Unhelpful thoughts may race through your head, trying to make you lose hope. I know that losing motivation can make you feel angry, sad, or even useless, but those feelings will eventually subside. I don’t know if losing motivation will ever get easier, per se, but I do know that there are many ways to deal with this predicament: 1. Remember why you started. Why did you start shifting? Was there a certain person or place you wanted to see? Reminisce on these feelings and allow them to fill your heart. We all started for a reason. Embrace it. 2. Visualize. Visualization can be a great tool to build up some motivation. Visualize the moment you awaken in your DR. What does it look like? How does it smell? Who can you hear? Let your mind do the work and take a couple of minutes to relish in the fact that you are home. 3. Feel your surroundings. This method is more so for those who have trouble visualizing, but anyone can partake if they choose to. Close your eyes and think about your DR. Think about the feeling of the air on your skin, or the feeling of your bed sheets covering your body. Focus on one thing and try to truly feel it. 4. Read stories that remind you of a person/place. Reading stories that remind you of something/someone special can always be helpful. These stories don’t necessarily have to be fanfictions, but in my experience, fanfictions certainly help me regain motivation. 5. Take a break. I know it can be hard to accept, but breaks are so, so important. You need to understand your own capabilities and know when you’ve had enough. There’s no need to worry, shifting will never leave. It’ll always be there when you need it, and even when you don’t. Never be afraid to take a break. Rest plays a pivotal role in our development as shifters.

I know how hard it can be. Trust me, I get just as frustrated as you. But just think, and imagine the feeling of opening your eyes up to your desired reality. Imagine the flutter in your heart as you set your eyes upon the one you worked oh-so-hard for. Can you feel it? That feeling of warmth rising throughout your body, slowly gracing your face with a smile brighter than the sun. Keep that feeling within you, as long as it takes. Every once in a while, that feeling may dampen, but you must never let it go out. I’m not going to sugar-coat the situation. I’m not going to promise you that you’ll shift after your first night of trying, but what I can promise you, is that you will shift, so long as you never give up.

SCRIPTING TIPS AND ADD-ONS! [ ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SCRIPTING AND MORE ]

Scripting is a very common term in the shifting community across all social media platforms. Shifttokers commonly share their scripted scenarios in their DR, some provide scripting help, scenario ideas, etc., while shiftagrammers make scripting templates to follow. As long as you’re in the community, you’re bound to come across this word somehow.

First of all, what is scripting? Scripting is a specific layout of what you want your desired reality (and everything about and inside it) to be. A script can be written in any format, there's no specific 'template' you have to follow. In fact, it's completely optional to write a script in the first place! Shifters only write scripts to make the entire process of shifting more exciting and to help them plan out a few specific details. However, if you do feel like writing a script, do remember that there are a few important points to script! These points will be mentioned in the scripting template provided. However, if you want to make your DR ‘perfect’, and really want to plot certain parts of it, here’s something I find helpful in writing a script. 1. I personally prefer writing my script like a fanfiction. Thus, I write in multiple POVs. I commonly use the POVs from my comfort character, the main character, and myself. Let me take my main DR, The Hunger Games, as an example. Since the series is written from Katniss’s POV, her POV is definitely needed. Then, we have my comfort character Finnick Odair’s POV, and my own. So, how does it work? Let me give you a simple example (this is not in my script, by the way!):

Katniss’s POV Finnick chased after Jenny, who I’ve grown to like. At first I thought she was spoiled, but she’s actually a really sweet person. Finnick isn’t as bad either. Then, Jenny slipped on some wet rocks and fell to the ground. Finnick tried in vain to catch Jenny before she fell, but he was a beat too late. The next thing I knew, Jenny was trying hard not to cry as she touched the steady red stream flowing from her nose.

Finnick’s POV We walked into the clearing, and the golden cornucopia shone brightly under the hot sun. I glanced casually down at Jenny, who’s eyes were already set on a belt of knives. It was time to reload our weapons anyway. It’s been a few tough days and our weapons were mostly lost. Jenny touched my shoulder lightly, as if asking if she could go. I nodded hesitatingly, and she immediately started running. I grabbed my trident and ran after her. Although I was to take care of Katniss, Jenny will always be my first priority. I’ve been taking care of her since she was 5, and I’m not going to lose her now. A piercing scream knocked me out of my thoughts, and I saw her fall. As Jenny fell, I reached forward to grab her, but she slipped from my grasp and fell towards the rocky ground.

This example is not very specific, but it’ll do. As you can see, I’m describing one scene from 3 POVs. This can be helpful and specific for your DR to make sure that nothing goes wrong and there aren’t any misunderstandings in your DR between the characters (e.g. Johanna and Katniss). Sometimes, there are scenes where Katniss isn’t there (e.g. my own games). Then, I write from the POV of someone who would be there, like President Snow. This scene is actually based on my script.

President Snow’s POV I couldn’t help but crack a tiny smile at Jenny. Nobody ever has…… since Lucy Gray. But Jenny was an interesting young lady. Her score has already shocked me. I could make sure she wins, but I’d like to see what she can do. She can kill, but she isn’t a killer. Despite that, she was beautiful. A few more years and she might be prettier than her little mentor Finnick. If she wins, I’m going to prostitute her when she turns 16. But with whom do I threaten her with? Her only family is Finnick……and I can’t kill a victor. “Hey, you,” I said as an avox rushed to my side. “Do research on Jenny. District 4 female. Find out who are her weaknesses. As you can see here, President Snow’s thoughts here are very important because after I won, his announcement of the selling of my body changed my personality completely. 2. Listening to subliminals as you script. For people like me who aren’t allowed to listen to music / audio as you fall asleep, I don’t really have time to listen to subliminals at all, although I have a long playlist of them. Since I usually script during my free time (in which I’m allowed to wear headphones), I listen to subliminals as well. 3. Organise your script. Sometimes, while I’m scripting, I come across a good prompt or scenario that I’d like to add in my script. However, the scene I’m currently writing doesn’t really match up. So, I recommend making different channels, pages, sections, or any other headings titled ‘scenarios’ or ‘prompts’ just for these. 4. Reread / rewatch the series. This is more to the motivation sector, but it helps me in scripting. Sometimes, rereading or rewatching the series your DR is based on can help you notice the smaller details and easter eggs that might help you more in scripting. If your DR is not based on a series, try searching for pictures or videos that remind you of it. That’s all, and have fun scripting!

A common part about shifting that many people have trouble with is knowing whether you have actually shifted, or are simply just close. The confusion around this topic has caused countless people to unintentionally create an obstacle for themselves, complicating their ability to shift and forcing them to take a step back in their journey. As a shifting account, I’ve personally seen my share of comments with shifters expressing their annoyance from opening their eyes too early while doing a method; not being sure on whether the time is right or not. This is such a common occurrence in the shifting community that the majority of shifters have either also seen others have this drawback, or have even experienced it themselves. Due to how frequent and irritating this situation can be, it is important that shifters are aware that there is a way to avoid it; a certain tool exists in which can be used to ensure you are opening your eyes at the right time, you giving you the opportunity to make it to your desired reality. This useful tool is scripting a specific event of your choosing to occur once you’ve shifted or are almost there, giving yourself a sign that you are very close, and will most definitely shift. This event can come in different forms, such as a certain scent, physical feeling, or a specific sound.

A key part of this is to remember that your eyes will automatically open once you have shifted, thus there is no reason to preoccupy yourself with the pressure of trying to open them at the “right time”. So how exactly does this work? All you have to do is simply script a particular sign which you will then experience when you are close to shifting, giving you a signal to keep going. This can be scripted in any way as long as it is convenient for you, whether it's physically, mentally, or electronically. A commonly asked question when shifters first hear about this is if this tool is guaranteed to work, and yes, it is. These signs are supposed to mean that you're definitely going to shift, although what ends up happening to a lot of people is they get too excited once they realize they are experiencing their sign, leading them to get distracted and lose focus, halting their current progress. Considering this, it is important to keep in mind that you can not let this symptom divert your attention; acknowledge the sign, but do not let it take over your thoughts. In conclusion, this tool gives you something to look out for while in the process of shifting, communicating that you should keep going since you are really close and will surely make it to your desired reality, as long as you don't let the excitement get the best of you.

Doubts are a normal thing in a society that doubts anything different, and that is certainly the case when it comes to shifting. Doubts are normal to have, no matter what, but a lot of people believe that doubts can stop you from shifting entirely, and this isn’t true. Overcoming doubts does not mean erasing them. Rather, it means recognising them and growing above them. It can be as simple as affirmations, or even just writing down reasons that prove the doubts are wrong. Believe me, the doubts will not hold you back from shifting. Positivity is another difficult thing that is hard to maintain when it comes to shifting. However, it is not impossible to stay positive. There is a tendency to be upset or angry at a “failed” shifting attempt, which is reasonable, but sometimes changing that is as simple as a perspective shift (pun intended). I have found that simply seeing each attempt as a success helps me stay positive. For example, you aren’t waking up in your OR, but rather a different reality, one that is similar to your OR, but you are one attempt away from shifting to your DR. Another strategy is to find one thing that you can connect to. Not a big thing, like a comfort character, but a small thing that you can look forward to. Maybe it's a place, a pet, or even a nice meal. It should be something personal to you, something that won’t be too emotional or cause a lot of angst, but something you can use to anchor yourself to your DR. This connection can be a huge help in staying positive. Having one thing to look forward to, one small, tiny thing, can be instrumental in staying positive and successfully shifting. However, something to try when you’re struggling to stay positive is taking breaks. If it is taking a long time to regain positivity, or to overcome your doubts, take a break, for however long you need. Breaks are important, and taking time to rest and relax is good for when you don’t know how to stay positive.

People in the shifting community are always telling us about our mindset. “Keep a positive mindset!” “Have faith in yourself and you’ll shift!” Even manifestation goes hand in hand with mindset. So, what makes your mindset so important to shifting, why is everyone telling you to obtain a certain mindset, and how do you achieve get the mindset that will help you shift? First of All, Let’s Define “Mindset” Many people have different and personal interpretations of ‘Mindset’. However, for the sake of a controlled variable, I’ll use a dictionary definition. According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, ‘Mindset’ means (noun) “a mental attitude or inclination” and “a fixed state of mind”. This essentially means that a mindset is a fixed mental attitude.

Mindsets and Communication with the Universe Shifting is, in a sense, communicating with the universe. It is letting the universe guide you to another reality, letting it show you everything it holds. What this means is that the universe does have semi-full control. It controls when you shift, where you shift (ish), and some other things in the shifting process. The universe also often gives you signs telling you you’re getting close. However, we the shifters do have some control over when we shift. Having that undoubting mindset, the faithful mindset, tells the universe that “yes, I am ready to shift. I am ready to go home. And I am thankful that the universe has shown me shifting.” This mindset should increase the odds of the universe letting you shift sooner rather than later.

Manifestation and Mindsets Manifestation is bringing events/objects into your reality through feelings, beliefs, and mindset. It’s often considered a possible crucial part of shifting, typically being used to motivate and encourage shifters. Shifters sometimes script that their desired reality selves are manifesting that they’re current reality selves will shift. Your mindset directly plays into what is manifested, whether positive or negative. We often discuss the “manifestation mindset”, which is another example of how your mindset affects manifestation. In order to get into the “manifestation mindset” you must first believe (aka have the mindset) that what you are manifesting WILL happen. You must believe it truly will come true.

What Causes a Negative Mindset? There are two main causes to negative mindsets that affect shifting . The first is faith in yourself (or lack thereof) and the second is doubt. Both are vastly different and have different causes and solutions, and yet most everyone in the shifting community has experienced each of them at one time or another. Faith in Yourself (or lack thereof) Having faith in yourself is very important in shifting. When you’re affirming during your method, you have to have faith in yourself. When you don’t have that faith, it not only tells yourself that you are not ready as a shifter, it tells the universe that you are not ready to shift. This mindset can brings down your motivation as well. It can affect manifestation, too. The true trick to shifting is having that faith in yourself, having that confidence, letting yourself really believe in shifting.

Doubt As I have mentioned before, shifting and your mindset very much correlate. Doubt and shifting also correlate. Doubt is a real and valid feeling when it comes to shifting, but we can’t allow it to change our mindset. To cave into that doubt can almost be reminiscent of telling the universe “Hey I don’t really believe in what you’ve shown me, maybe you shouldn’t help me shift”. To shift, you want control and companionship with the universe. Of course everyone will have doubts but don’t allow that doubt change your mindset! Unfortunately, though, it's easy to doubt the existence of shifting, especially at the beginning. It’s actually kind of a joke in the shifting community that shifting is all a big inside joke and we’re all just tricking people on the internet. However, we cannot allow our doubts to negatively affect our shifting journey. Shifting and mindset go hand in hand, so whenever you feel that doubt and feel your mindset flipping, try to encourage yourself. Even with societal pressures and the possibility of people lying about having shifted, there is still so much proof that indicates shifting is real! There are CIA documents, Robert A. Monroe has written whole entire BOOKS about shifting and so, so much more. Not everyone even knows of shifting, this was fate. You were meant to know about shifting. Conclusion Really all this is to say is that you need to believe in yourself and in shifting if you want to really tell the universe that you deserve to shift. Rhodey has a show for war machine and Tony comes by to diss him. You and pietro compete for the best mario kart player each year so you get a trophy from Tony and it's got all these cool buttons and stuff which makes it move, dance and sing. Hello loves! in this article I will talk about why you should think twice about getting pregnant in your desired reality. I will also include parts of an interview I had with someone who actually got pregnant in their desired reality. We all know that reality shifting brings a lot of opportunities, you have more freedom and you're able to express yourself and your fantasies without any limit. Especially when you're finally able to spend time with the love of your life, start to get closer with them and build up a life together, "I think I was a bit trigger-happy because of the freedom I had in that reality, and the excitement of doing something I had fantasized a lot about" - Olivia.

But this joy and freedom does also bring a lot of responsibilities that you might not notice right away. "My s/o brought up the topic about being ready for children , we had a long discussion about it and he made it very clear that we can also wait. I was in that moment really trigger-happy the person I spent 10 months of my life trying to reach was ready to have kids with me. I think that was the moment when I just lost all my rationality"- Olivia

And then it does happen, you get pregnant. You have a little baby inside of your tummy, something which is from you and your loved one. Something together. Of course the parents' feelings + instincts will start growing inside of you and you want to be able to be there for your child, love it and be the best parent they ever had. But the feelings won't just fade away right in the moment you leave your desired reality. The moment you get back into your teenage body. you will realize for the first time what actually happened.

The "parent feeling" will be still there and you will probably start missing your child. You might even get the feeling of being attached to your dr, which can lead to having trouble shifting to different realities. A reality that was once a place where you can rest and escape can turn out in something stressful. Will you be able to live your life here knowing you have a child in another reality? "Once I came back to my teenage body and mind I panicked, and I was really upset for multiple reasons. The first thing that hit me was that my mother wouldn't know about my first child."- Olivia.

Especially when you have a strong bond with your family members here then you might even feel guilty that they're not able to meet your first baby. A baby that you carried 9 months in your tummy, raised with love and care. A Lot of mixed feelings will start to bother and maybe even pressure you. A child always brings responsibility with them, no matter in which reality. That's something that you should always have in the back of your head when you decide to have a child. But we should not forget that there are also solutions for those struggles, and I won't hesitate to tell you them if you still did decide to get pregnant. "To be honest almost all of my worries dissolved after I scripted that time froze, it was very freeing and I feel at peace enough to continue shifting to other realities'' - Olivia ,

You can always script that the time freezes there or you can choose to script the baby out in the lifa app. If both of those solutions are a no go for you then you can also script your original reality. Script: "the feeling of having a baby in my desired reality won't affect me in any way". Never forget that you're able to script this reality just like you script your desired reality. Having a backup plan is always important when you do shift into a different reality. You might first think that getting pregnant in your dr isn't anything for you, but the human mind is flexible and love tends to make blind. Adding one more sentence in your script/mind can turn out as a huge help.

WHY IT’S OKAY TO HAVE MULTIPLE S/O’S IN DIFFERENT REALITIES BY

Hi, my name is Ji and I want to clear some things up about dating in reality shifting. I’ve seen a lot of people openly talk about their relationships in different realities. They get mostly nice comments, but some people tend to shame them and say things like “that’s cheating on your partner in your cr” or “you’re a wh*re/sl*t. I want to talk about how the people who say these things are not only extremely disrespectful but also just plain wrong. As a human being with complex emotions, you can be in love with multiple people at a time which normally would be frustrating to a reality bound, but with reality shifting, there comes the chance to be happy in this situation. If you think you might be uncomfortable but still want to date different people in different realities, just put in your script that you don’t feel attracted to your partners from other realities while in your dr. If you are uncomfortable dating different people in different realities, that’s okay too ! A desired reality is what you desire, so do what makes you comfortable !

Frankly, it’s none of anyone else's business what you do in your dr, as long as you’re not intentionally hurting anyone. And to people who still think it’s wrong, it’s okay to have an opinion, just keep it to yourself instead of trying to hurt others who haven’t done anything wrong. If you’re feeling guilty after being told that it’s not ok to have different relationships in realities, don’t. The people who say this are just upset and you should be happy to go out and live your life in your desired reality! Additionally, some people say that it’s wrong to script relationships, as if you’re forcing the person to love you. This is horribly misleading and just plain wrong, as when scripting things you're not forcing it to happen. You are simply choosing which reality to shift to. There’s already a reality where said person is in love with you, so if you choose to go to that reality then that’s amazing for you.

There’s not only a reality where your comfort character is in love with you, but there’s a reality where you’re in a relationship together or maybe about to get into one. There's a reality where you have been married for fourty years. Either way it’s your choice whether or not you want to shift to that reality, not anyone else’s. As long as you’re happy in your dr it’s not anyone else’s business who you date, flirt with or even breathe around. Now let's get into the topic of dating someone in your cr and someone else in your dr. So, this is a bit more of a touchy subject, since I can’t really speak for your cr significant other I can’t give you permission, but I also can’t tell you not to either. This is all up to your s/o if you decide to tell them. Again, it’s a touchy subject because no one can really be correct in telling you what to do besides you and your cr partner. And all of this is just assuming that everyone reading this article is monogamous, so after all the information stated before, there’s still polyamory to cover. So you can see how much information, not only that I have but, most people have access to to prove these people who say bad things about multiple relationships in desired realities wrong. Since monogamy is a social construct, and it’s also possible to script anything out of your dr, you can simply just script it out and date however you would like in your dr. Polyamory is completely natural and no one should be shamed for their sexuality, identity, and things like this. Whether you are polygamous, monogamous or even aromantic, you deserve to have basic rights and respect. Even after all of this, if you decide you feel a little guilty and you don’t want to date multiple people, you can do a couple things, you can break up with an s/o or even multiple s/o’s. Just script that it’s a mutual breakup and that no one feels bad about it. Another thing you can do is just script that the next time you shift to the reality you and that person are simply not in a relationship, it never happened. Or, you could just not shift back to that reality altogether. And that’s not okay. I’ve gotten dms on insta, pinterest (yeah.. pinterest) and more. People seem to disregard that we have feelings.

WHY IT'S OKA WHOEVER YO YOUR AND WHY YOU GET/GIVE HA Let's get into the main topic of this article. It’s 100% okay to date whoever you want in your desired reality! Simply because it’s your desired reality. Your s/o may comfort you in ways that others won’t understand! What it all comes down too, is that it’s your desired reality. It’s often looked down on to script relationships as well. But what you fail to remember is that this reality where you're dating them, already exists! You already are dating, there are even realities where you are already married to them! But one of the main reasons that it's okay to date whoever you want, is because you deserve to be happy. And if being with this s/o makes you happy, no one should shame you for that! Shifting is such a powerful and interesting thing. You can do whatever you want, be whatever you want, and date whoever you want. Now I’m going to use another personal experience. The reason I picked Tommyinnit as my s/o, is because he makes me happy. He is so comforting and so loving. He reminds me so much of myself. (I guess you could say I love myself... hehe) but he just fills my heart with happiness. And that feeling is the most wonderful feeling ever. So if you have someone in your desired reality that you just feel so close to, and feel like you can be yourself around, Go ahead! Because your happiness is what is important. Because this is your dr. You can do whatever you want!

There are so many reasons. “Everyone’s interests and types are different.” Just because someone has a different interest than yours, doesn’t mean you get to hate on people because of it. “ This reality is filled with enough hate.” This is a very important one, and I've seen a lot of hate recently. This world, this society, this reality, is filled with so much hatred and so much negativity. Why add to that?

But if you receive any hate, for simply having a s/o that others don’t like or don’t know, just know that their opinion does not matter!!! It is not their dr. it is yours! Now this is the end of my part… but just know you deserve happiness, and if it's this selected person that makes you happy, you deserve that!

If you don’t already have an understanding of these topics I recommend you read my article from the first issue of the shifter’s magazine which details the basics of quantum physics! Nevertheless I’ve tried to make this as understandable as possible regardless of your prior knowledge.

What is an “interpretation” in quantum physics? Due to the seemingly contradictory rules that quanta follow - for example, a particle being in two places at once, or a cat being both dead and alive like in the Schrödinger's cat thought experiment I detailed in the first article - many physicists strive to come up with a “common-sense explanation” for why these things seem to be happening. After all, they don’t follow the rules of classical physics that one can observe with the naked eye. All of these explanations are referred to as “interpretations.” They are theories as to why and/or how quantum physics works the way it does, primarily how to solve the issue of quantum superposition - something existing in two states at once. One interpretation that is relevant to us as shifters is the many-worlds interpretation. Keep in mind that I’m sharing a very simplified explanation of this interpretation, so feel free to research yourself if you’re interested!

The many-worlds interpretation The many-worlds interpretation (MWI) has been touched on by many well-known physicists. It essentially states that when we detect a single state of quantum superposition, that doesn’t mean the other no longer exists. Instead, a reality “branches” that contains the other possible result. We just observe one of those. We can apply this to the theory of Schrödinger's cat. Again, this is a thought experiment depicting a cat that is both alive and dead until observation. Once observed, it’s one or another. Let’s say the cat was observed as alive. Using the many-worlds interpretation, at the moment we see that the cat is alive, reality splits and now there’s another “world” in existence where we see the cat is dead. However, our consciousness is still only aware of our original observation, the cat being alive. The many-worlds interpretation is one way of solving the paradox that something can exist in two places at once or be two things at the same time. All these options do exist, just in different universes. The relevance of the MWI to shifting The many-worlds interpretation is really similar to many reality shifters’ theories of why shifting is possible. Let’s take the idea that we are shifting at every possible moment, and connect that to the MWI. If you have the choice to have an apple or an orange for a snack, the second you choose an apple you are shifting to a reality in which you chose that apple. But, according to the many-worlds interpretation, at that moment another reality splits off in which you chose the orange. The MWI ties in directly to a base concept that many shifters reference when thinking about reality shifting - the idea of the multiverse. Conclusion Some shifters believe that all of these infinitesimally different realities are already in existence, rather than splitting at the moment you make a decision - and some shifters don’t even believe in multiverse-related theories about shifting. But, just the fact that a well-known theory exists, which helps explain the essence of our universe(s), can help us shifters justify - to ourselves and others - the validity of and amazing scientific theory behind reality shifting. However, if you really want to get the most out of your pretty rocks, you can form a crystal grid. Grids are formed with multiple crystals, and focus your intentions better than when simply carried around. If you've never made a grid before, we recommend looking up images of them, to help give you an idea of how they look. • To begin, set your intention, and pick your crystals accordingly. For example, if you want to encourage love and strong relationships in your life, you might choose to incorporate rose quartz into your grid. • Grids usually include a centre stone, usually the largest crystal in the grid and coinciding with your intentions, and surrounding stones, used to amplify the centre stone. You can also add objects of importance, such as flower petals, sea shells, or leaves. • While creating your grid, keep your intentions in mind. It is recommended you keep your grid somewhere you often see it, and near a window to charge your crystals with lunar and solar energies. You may wish to follow a pattern, but ultimately it's up to you and your intuition. You can create it any way you like. • When your crystal grid is made, use your hand to “connect the dots” of each crystal, visualizing the energy raising and repeating your intentions out loud or in your mind. Sit with your crystals for as long as you'd like. When you're ready, thank your crystals and the universe for their help. Now you've made your crystal grid!
