The break area is the core of the project. The circular shape of the focal elements is the starting point of all the circular shape inside the entire space. This is an ergonomic furniture because give to the people different way of sitting, eating, sleeping in respect with the different culture. Thanks to technology, the community can go outside this place and be connected with other Amazon’s warehouse. The central element has background walls designed with the diverse cultural patterns blend with different shapes which connects the employees emotionally and gives a sense of belonging to the space. Through the corridor the employees reach our filter area, where they can start to feel a part of the community. The circular shape gives a sense of protection and help to connect with other employees physically and digitally. The vertical shape in the centre acts as a totem. To create a strong connection between people we use a digital support that help people to know better each other in order to create a powerful community. Here employees can have a slow change of mood between break and work area. People can stop themselves s, relax and get involved inside the big family.. All around this space, on the wall, there are pattern that represents the different culture, these are inspired from the five continents: Africa, Asia, Europe, America and Australia.
