THE SOURCE FROM THE START IT PROVED ITSELF TO BE A FORMIDABLE CARP CATCHER, NO NEED FOR LENGTHY BAITING CAMPAIGNS. IT JUST WORKED. The Source boilies are the brainchild of Dynamite Baits and Terry Hearn. Since its creation in 2002, it has caught carp in over 30 countries worldwide, probably making it the best selling boilie in the world! During its creation we set out to make a high protein boilie containing the highest quality ingredients. ‘A bait that Terry would have supreme confidence in when targeting some of the most prized carp in the UK’ This is a philosophy that has been paying off for Terry and other anglers to this day.
For 2015 we have added some new and exciting additions to The Source range, all of which contain the highest quality ingredients So what is it that has made this bait so successful year after year when other baits have blown? We believe this is down to the premium ingredients that go into making this boilie. This starts with an LT fishmeal that is packed with the essential amino acids that are a key element of a carps diet and those which they actively seek. It also contains a blend of Haith’s® bird foods including Red Factor, adding nutritional value, essential oils and a texture which carp love. Importantly it also gives the final boilie a texture that allows the attractants to leak out and disperse into the water. A special spice blend rounds off the base mix including Robin Red®, which not only gives the bait its distinctive colour but also enhances the baits flavour profile. The goodness

doesn’t stop there. On top of this highly nutritional feed, we enhance the bait further with a secret blend of unique water soluble attractants. This is what makes The Source so distinctive amongst other boilies in the market, providing a superior catching edge. For 2015 we have added some new and exciting additions keeping with our original goal which will mean more Carp on the bank! One of the products we are really excited about is our new Hardened Hookbaits. Terry has always been a firm believer that boilies with a soft texture catch more Carp. Firstly they contain less binding ingredients that fill carp up, meaning they will feed in your baited area for longer. Secondly, keeping a softer texture also means we can cook the baits less, retaining more of their nutritional value which can be altered under intense heat. This is great for feed baits, but if you want to leave a rig undisturbed for many hours you may want a hookbait that’s more robust. So with that said, rather than just drying down boilies to make our hardened hookbaits, we have developed a recipe that retains all The Source goodness and provides a 48 hour breakdown. Added to this they can be hair rigged with your standard baiting needle – no need for bait drills. This means you can have total confidence that when the Carp turn up, your hookbait will be as good as it was when it entered the water.

Another addition to The Source angler’s armoury are our new White Pop-Ups, a colour favoured by many. These Pop-Ups are super buoyant for Chod rigs and packed with all the water soluble attractants that have made The Source range a real banker. The Source boilie range has been helping anglers to catch fish since it was first developed over a decade ago. Terry Hearn and the Dynamite product development team set out to create our first boilie range way back in 2002 and spent over a year seeking out the ingredients and tweaking and testing the recipe, until they were confident that this would be a bait to stand the test of time.

In early 2013 we received a new fruit based feed inducing palatant that upon testing produced a reaction so strong we were almost lost for words. Test batches of bait were rolled using this unique fruit palatant, but as soon as we tried it on our incredible Monster Tiger Nut recipe we knew we had a match made in heaven! It smelt epic!... creating the most amazing sweet, creamy, nutty and fruity aroma you could imagine. The finished bait was rolled in a tricky ‘washed-out’ pink colour and sent out to our team of consultants. Since then the Red-Amo has gone from strength to strength resulting in the capture of some of the UK’s most notoriously difficult to catch fish such as the Chertsey Mirror in winter! HOW TO: MAKE YOUR OWN CRAVE CORK BALL POP-UPS Cork ball pop ups have become increasingly popular for carp fishing in recent years with anglers wanting super buoyant food baits to hold Chod and Hinged Stiff rigs up for longer periods of time. By making your own the possibilities you can create are literally endless, different sizes, levels of attraction, breakdown rate, the list goes on. The key is to create small batches until you have a finished article that suits your needs.
Step 1: Crack an egg into a mixing bowl and pour the liquid

Step 2: Constantly stir everything together
until it becomes difficult to mix with a fork. Begin to kneed the paste until it forms a tacky ball of paste and you are happy with the consistency.

Step 6: Once ready, remove your baits and leave them to dry.
Step 3: Take a
pinch of paste and form a thin layer around the ball.
Step 5: Bring a pan of water to boil and place a handful of your baits into the water. How long you boil them for is down to how thick your layer of paste is and how quickly you want them to break down.
Step 7: It’s best to tie your hook bait onto your rig using bait floss rather than piercing the skin. If you crack open your finished pop up it should look a little something like this.

Step 1 Both our XL Carp Pellets and White Chocolate Liquid have a low oil content, making them perfect for use during the winter or summer.
Step 2 Simply pour some XL Carp Pellets into a bait tub and coat them with some White Chocolate Liquid Attractant.
Step 3 Leave them to soak for about 30-minutes. This will ensure that they take on the flavour and create a sticky pellet mix.
Step 4 Dynamite’s Jake Lund has used this tactic to great effect for some time, here he is seen with a cracking mid-20 common caught live for the cameras.
MARINE HALIBUT SEA SALT BOILIES CONTAINS SEA SALT
Ingredients: Marine Halibut Crushed Pellet, Sea Salt, Green Lipped Mussel
Dynamite Baits have a reputation for having the highest quality Marine Halibut Pellets and with so many waters pre-baited with these pellets it makes sense to offer a matching boilie to fish over them. The Marine Halibut Boilie has as much ground halibut pellet in as possible while still allowing the boilies to be be rolled effectively. HOW TO: MAKE MARlNE HALlBUT BONBON
Step 1 Wrap some Marine Halibut Paste around your hook pellet.
Step 2 Dip the wrapped pellet into the matching hookbait dip.
Step 3 Use the Marine Halibut Groundbait with a sprinkle of 1mm Swim Stim Pellets and coat the glugged hookbait in the mix.
Step 4 This method results in a coating which breaks down around your hookbait giving off bags of attraction.

Step 1 Stick mixes are great way of pulling fish into your swim and enhancing your hookbait.

Step 2 Pour the Robin Red® Stick Mix into a shallow mixing bowl and then add some 4mm Robin Red® Pellets.
Step 3 Rather than creating the PVA bag straight away, pour in a generous amount of Krill Liquid Carp Food and give it a good mix.

Step 1 As with all fishing, start by locating some fish and work out the best area to begin baiting.
Step 2 If the water you are fishing contains lots of bream and tench, try to feed larger boilies and include Frenzied Tiger Nuts.
Step 3 Pre-baiting campaigns can last as long as you want them to. From a single day through to weeks on end.
Step 4 Even though it can take a bit of extra effort to pre-bait regularly, the rewards are there and it will increase your catch rate.

OUR DEDICATED TEAM OF BAIT DEVELOPERS STRIVE TO MAKE SURE THOSE ANGLERS KEEP ONE STEP AHEAD OF THE COMPETITION. When we set out with our specialist feed experts to produce the Swim Stim pellets, we had a goal to make the best commercial carp pellets possible. We didn’t want to base these on standard carp pellets, we wanted pellets that would draw carp in and contain all the right ingredients to hold fish for as long as possible. This is where Koi Technology came in. Packing them with the best quality ingredients and attractants we could source not only made a match winning formula but also had a secondary benefit – they improved the health of the fish stocks.

a bait that is highly nutritious which improves the fishes health. This is why this winning formula has stood the test of time. For 2015 we have a number of exciting new products joining the range, all built around our proven Koi Technology feed ingredients. Building on the Swim Stim Groundbait range, well known for drawing and holding fish in your peg without over feeding, we have developed Swim Stim Re-loaded. This active groundbait mix with added feed enhancers will visibly keep fish rooting around allowing you to build a match winning weight!
Swim Stim pellets have the correct balance of highly nutritious ingredients, such as premium fishmeals, vitamins and minerals – this allows the fish to digest more of the goodness to produce less waste which helps keep water quality high. They also contain beta glucans which are proven to help fish fight infections, boosting their immune system, and improving their digestive system, resulting in fitter, stronger fish.
We have also produced a new Extreme Paste, containing some unique water-soluble attractants. These attractants were developed by leading Koi feed specialists to stimulate young fish to feed and to increase their growth rate. But this isn’t where this product uniqueness stops. We have spent endless time perfecting the formula so that you can mix it to suit a number of situations. With its micro honeycomb internal structure, it can be fished very soft while still enabling you to keep it on the hook. This tricks wary carp into thinking it’s a pile of broken down pellets that are safe to eat and with its highly attractive formula, this is a product we are extremely excited about.

Step 1 Groundbait can help to flatten weed and coarse particles offer something for the fish to pick out.
