Obesity is a curse. It not just makes you unaccepted to your friend circle and makes you surf from shops to shop for getting fit into address you like, but also makes way for several diseases to attack you. You will also get more prone get challenged by life threatening disease like Cancer. It is proved that obese people are more prone to cancer by 50 % than normal weighed people. Heart diseases are common and so is the escalating rate of infertility in both men and women. Weight loss diet and weight loss tips are given and discussed thoroughly below which I think will be beneficial to all overweight people1. Height and weight should be proportional. Get a height and weight chart for both men and women which will be different and first try to know if you are truly overweight or it is just in your mind. Use BMI calculator to get the reading and then match it with the chart that will get you know if your weight according to your sex is proportional to your height or not. 2. If you see it is exceeding then surely you are overweight or obese. Start making some serious changes to your lifestyle. Leave your couch and try to do some household task which can be good for getting you sweat a bit. Mop your floor, wash clothes, use stairs and avoid using elevators if it is possible. 3. Swimming is perfect for any obese person and to anybody who wish to get model like perfect figure. Swimming involves exercise of every muscle in your body. 4. Yoga can also be helpful. Power yoga helps you to get rid of excessive fat accumulated in certain parts of body. 5. Include carbohydrate negligibly in diet. Focus on green vegetable and fruits. Gourd, ladies’ finger, cabbage, spinach, carrot, red pepper, broccoli, brinjal or eggplant beans etc and such other vegetables that contain less fat, more fiber and protein. These vegetables should be in your diet. 6. Fruits like citrus fruits such as orange, lemon etc, cucumber (very effective gives you abundant water to hydrate your body and skin but with zero fat), papaya (another “nutrition powerhouse” fruit with almost no fat at all), GRAPEFRUITS ETC. Coconut is also very helpful as it contains certain chemical that escalates metabolism by 30%. 7. Juicing is also very good to lose weight. Carrot juice, Beetroot juice, Cranberry Juice, Pear juice, Grape, Orange, Mango, Blueberry, Pomegranate, Concord Grape juices can be effective. 8. Power juices like Pineapple-Celery-Cucumber juice, Tomato-Cucumber juice, SpinachApple juice, Lemon-watermelon juice etc. Avoid high sodium and sugar content juice. 9. For breakfast Add bananas & flaxseeds to oatmeal, have dahlia, Eggs(it contains lean fat and vitamin D & PROTEIN), fat free milk or fat free natural yogurt, whole grain bread with peanut butter or with a bowl of low fat green and orange vegetables etc along with fruit juices mentioned-above. 10. Include Fat burning spices like-Garlic. Turmeric, Onions, Cinnamon, Chiles etc.
