Weight Management through Natural Ways Obesity can be the cause of many diseases and can be life threatening as well. It has been scientifically proved that being obese can shorten one’s life expectancy by exposing him or her to several life challenging diseases. Diseases like Heart issues, Ovarian Syndromes, Diabetes, Congestive Heart failure, Pulmonary Embolism, Enlarged Heart, Fatty Liver, Lymph Edema, Stroke and Osteoarthritis etc can be and are the causes of miserable life that many obese people have to tolerate and go through. Research have also shown in medical field that if weight management is not done by obese people it will lead to reproductive failure with the advent of diseases like Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Erectile Dysfunction, Hernia, Urinary Incontinence etc and other such health concerns that can seriously make your life troubled. Coronary Heart disease, Severe Heart Attacks and strokes takes a serious form in obese people leading to fatal cases also whereas normal weight people can at least survive them. If one thinks carefully then one would understand that there is no pride or happiness in getting the extra surplus fat accumulated in our body as it makes look us funny and ugly and at the same time gets us towards health hazards sometime causing untimely death also. Why would we not take any step towards getting them shed off from our body thus giving us an attractive figure and healthy life? Weight management by the obese people should and needs to be done on an immediate basis if they want to live a happy and beautiful life like a normal human being. Natural ways Naturally without taking any chemical pills, undergoing painful surgeries, and other such artificial ways etc, one can adopt some more efficient natural ways to get them their ideal body weight. •

Exercises-Some form of physical exercise is must. No need to get overstressed your body with heavy and robust exercise methods. Just jogging, cycling and even swimming on a daily basis can help you to slowly and steadily get rid of excessive fat accumulation in your body. While you exercise do not drink water in between as it will cause a feeling of heavy in stomach and you cannot do your exercises..

Avoid having junk food and sweet items. Desserts and junk food do not do much good to the body other than pleasing your taste buds and increasing your fat content in the body. Eat to live and Don’t Live to Eat. No chocolate or full fat milk or dairy products.

As weight loss diet plan, try to include green vegetable with little spices. Brinjal or Eggplant, Lady’s finger, Gourd, Papaya is known to reduce weight. Fruits like Ripe Papaya, Water melon, Citrus fruits like lemon, oranges etc, Cucumber, Coconut are extremely helpful which any common man will get easily in Indian markets at affordable rates. No need to waste money on imported items.

In the breakfast eat Dahlia (a salty porridge) cooked with little spice and various vegetables like capsicum, carrots, corns, coconut slices, papaya or other low calorie fruits. Avoid carbohydrate and fat rich products. Take foods that will be digested easily like soups. White meat and small fish will be fine.
