A multi-purpose 16g weight design strategically positions discretionary weight low and deep in the head, creating extremely low CG with high MOI - the perfect combination to deliver ultimate distance without any sacrifice of forgiveness. The multi-material translucent Spaceport design also works as a window and a removable Port, which for the first time allows the opportunity to view all the internal COBRA technologies that make this driver the Ultimate Distance Machine.

A full hollow design with face insert in the long irons (3i-5i) delivers low CG and a highly responsive face for easier to hit, higher flying long irons.

HALF HOLLOW

A half hollow design in the long and mid irons (4i-8i) feature a cavity with a hollow lower half to create a lower and deeper CG for easy launch with extreme forgiveness.

CAVITY

A deep cavity undercut design in the short irons (9i-PW) removes weight from the back of entire face area, allowing removed weight to be relocated to the perimeter of the head providing increased forgiveness and accuracy in every shot.

Le Client est responsable du paiement de tous coûts, frais et commissions d’agence de recouvrement, ainsi que d’honoraires raisonnables d’avocat possiblement encourus par PUMA Canada Inc. lors du recouvrement de toute facture en souffrance. Si le Client manque d’observer une condition quelconque des modalités ci-après et/ou s’il fait défaut de payer la marchandise dans la limite de jours spécifiée dans la facture, PUMA Canada Inc. peut, uniquement à sa discrétion, mettre fin au compte du Client à tout moment donné. TRANSPORT •Toutes les expéditions sont exécutées F.A.B. à notre centre de distribution. PRIX • Tous les prix peuvent être changés sans préavis. Les prix ne comprennent ni la T.P.S. ni la taxe de vente provinciale (le cas échéant). Les commandes seront facturées aux prix en vigueur au moment du placement de la commande. En cas de conflit concernant le prix, le Client doit aviser Puma Canada Inc. par écrit dans les 30 (trente) jours qui suivent la réception d’une facture. Si le Client néglige d’aviser Puma Canada dans la limite des trente jours, toutes et chacune des réclamations ou controverses occasionnées par le Client, et se rapportant à de tels conflits relatifs au prix, seront considérées comme étant annulées. COMMANDES • Toutes les commandes sont sous réserve de l’acceptation par Puma Canada Inc. Une approbation préalable écrite provenant de la gestion des ventes de Puma Canada est obligatoire pour toutes commandes nécessitant des instructions particulières hors du processus courant de Puma Canada. Des frais supplémentaires peuvent être mis en vigueur et nécessiter un bon de commande rectifié de la part du client. Seuls les sites Internet autorisés par écrit par Puma Canada peuvent vendre et publier les produits PUMA. Puma Canada réserve le droit d’interdire la publication et/ou la vente de certains produits PUMA par Internet. Puma Canada peut mettre fin immédiatement au compte de tout Client ou de tout site Internet de Client qui vend des produits PUMA sans autorisation écrite, et de ce fait lancer un procès pour, y compris mais non exclusivement, infraction des ces conditions et modalités. Toutes ventes d’articles de liquidation, défectueux, de second choix ou de Classe B sont finales. Puma Canada déterminera, uniquement à sa discrétion, les canaux de distribution de ses produits et par conséquent, en plus d’autres droits à sa disposition, Puma Canada réserve le droit de refuser de fournir des produits à certains emplacements de Clients. RESTRICTIONS DES VENTES • Il est interdit au Client de vendre des produits PUMA autrement que par la voie officielle de distribution approuvée par PUMA Canada. Le Client doit acheter tous les produits PUMA de Puma Canada. Les manquements à ces conditions peuvent résulter en une annulation immédiate de compte du Client. RETOURS DE MARCHANDISE / RÉCLAMATIONS • La marchandise retournée doit être accompagnée d’un numéro d’autorisation approuvé provenant du département de Service à la clientèle de Puma Canada. • Les retours non-autorisés seront refusés. • Toutes pénuries ou réclamations concernant des erreurs de style, pointure, taille ou couleur doivent être avisées dans les 15 jours qui suivent la réception de la marchandise. • Les produits défectueux retournés en vue d’inspection ou de réparation doivent être propres. Toute marchandise non propre reçue sera retournée sans être réparée ou inspectée. • À notre discrétion, nous sommes prêts à remplacer, réparer ou porter au crédit de votre compte la marchandise qui nous est retournée, si nous sommes d’avis que celle-ci est défectueuse ou si elle n’a pas fourni l’usure ou le service prévu. • Pour la marchandise autorisée retournée en condition de revente, un crédit sera émis à 85 % du prix de vente pour compenser les frais de remise en stock. Suite à la réception et à l’inspection du produit, un crédit sera émis au montant équivalant au prix du produit facturé, moins tout escompte applicable. S’il n’y a pas de numéro de facture, Puma émettra un crédit selon le prix courant du produit. Aucune demande de retour de produit défectueux ne sera honorée relativement à un produit qui date de plus de 2 (deux) saisons. AUCUNE RÉ-EXPÉDITION • La politique de PUMA Canada consiste uniquement à vendre directement aux points de vente au détail et aux emplacements convenus sélectionnés, en vue de revente par ceux-ci dans des emplacements spécifiés. La vente anticipée dans tout nouveau point de vente au détail nécessite l’approbation préalable par écrit en provenance du siège social de Puma Canada. La revente ou ré-expédition de notre marchandise à un emplacement non-autorisé ou à une autre entreprise est une contravention de cette politique et peut résulter en un non-embarquement de marchandise ou en annulation de relations commerciales avec Puma Canada. RÉPARTITIONS • Les ventes et commandes acceptées sont également assujetties à la répartition par Puma Canada en périodes de pénurie de produit pour répondre aux facteurs jugés les meilleurs durant de tels moments. LIMITE DE RESPONSABILITÉ • Puma canada n’assume aucune responsabilité, sauf tel que prévu dans les conditions et modalités ci-après, et en aucun cas ne sera tenue responsable de tout dommage spécial, indirect, imprévu ou consécutif, découlant sous contrat, en délit civil, sous toute garantie, ou autrement, même si puma canada a été informe de la possibilité de tels dommages. COMMANDE MINIMALE • Seules les commandes d’une valeur minimale de 75$ seront expédiées; le client peut nous autoriser par écrit d’imputer un petit montant comme frais de commande pour combler la différence entre 75$ et la valeur de la commande initiale. ANNULATIONS • Les commandes ne peuvent être ni altérées ni annulées sans la permission de Puma Canada Inc. Tous frais couvrant main-d’?uvre ou matériaux encourus par PUMA seront facturés. Les demandes d’annulation doivent être faites par écrit et envoyées directement au Département du Service à la clientèle de PUMA dans les 60 jours avant la date d’expédition requise. Telles demandes ne seront valides qu’une fois approuvées par PUMA. Aucune annulation ni altération ne sera acceptée pour toute commande spéciale de marchandise en voie de production. INSTRUCTIONS D’ENTRETIEN • Chaque vêtement porte des instructions de lavage. Puma Canada n’est pas responsable pour les vêtements qui ne sont pas lavés conformément à ces instructions. GÉNÉRAL: Ces modalités et conditions seront régies, interprétées et exécutées conformément aux lois de la Province de Québec, Canada. Par les présentes, le Client accepte et consent irrévocablement de soumettre à la compétence exclusive et aux lieux cités par les cours de la Province de Québec, Canada, chacune et toutes les réclamations découlant de ou reliées à ces modalités et conditions. Par les présentes, chaque partie renonce à son droit à un procès par jury dans une telle controverse. Tout acte modificatif, additif ou rectificatif porté à ces modalités et conditions sera fait par écrit auprès de Puma Canada Inc.

Terms and Conditions PAYMENT • Net 30 days from date of invoice. Overdue accounts will be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) and may, at our discretion, lose open account privileges. Customer shall be responsible for all costs, expenses and collections agency commissions, and reasonable attorney fees that PUMA Canada Inc. may incur in the collection of any past due invoices. PUMA Canada Inc., in its sole discretion, may terminate Customer’s account at any time should Customer breach any of the terms and conditions herein and/or fail to pay for goods within the number of days specified on the invoice. FREIGHT • All shipments are F.O.B our distribution centre. PRICES • All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include G.S.T or provincial sales tax (when applicable). Orders will be billed at the prices prevailing at the time the order is placed. Customer must notify Puma Canada Inc. in writing within 30 (thirty) days after receipt of an invoice of any price disputes. If Customer fails to notify Puma Canada within the thirty days, any and all claims or controversies brought by Customer and relating to such price disputes, shall be deemed waived. ORDERS • All orders are subject to acceptance by Puma Canada Inc. Prior written approval from Puma Canada’s Sales Management is mandatory on all orders requiring handling outside of Puma Canada’s standard procedure. Additional charges may apply and may warrant an amended Purchase Order from customer. Only those Internet sites authorized in writing by Puma Canada may sell and advertise PUMA products. Puma Canada reserves the right to prohibit certain PUMA product from being advertised and or sold via the Internet. Puma Canada may immediately terminate the account of any Customer or Customer Internet site selling PUMA products without written authorization, and may bring legal action for, including but not limited to, breech of these terms and conditions. All sales of close outs, irregulars, seconds or B-grade products are final. Puma Canada, in its sole discretion, shall determine the channels of distribution of its product and therefore, in addition to other rights it may have, Puma Canada reserves the right to refuse to supply product to certain Customer locations. RESTRICTIONS ON SALES • Customer is prohibited from selling PUMA products other than through a PUMA Canada approved channel of distribution. Customer must purchase all PUMA products from Puma Canada. Violations of these conditions may result in immediate termination of Customer’s account. RETURNS / CLAIMS • Returned merchandise must have an approved authorization number from Puma Canada’s Customer Service department.• Unauthorized returns will be refused. • Any shortages or claims for a wrong style, size, or colour must be reported within 15 days of receipt of goods. • Defective merchandise returned for inspection or repair must be clean. Merchandise that is not clean will be returned without repair or inspection. • We will replace, repair, or credit your account at our discretion for merchandise which has been returned to us, if in our opinion, it is defective or because it has not given normal wear or service. • Credit on authorized returned merchandise in resalable condition will be issued at 85% of the selling price, allowing for a restocking charge. Upon receipt and inspection of product, a credit will be issued in the amount equal to the invoice price of the product, less any applicable discount. If no invoice number, Puma will issue credit based on the current product pricing. Requests for return of defective products will not be honored for Product more than 2 (two) seasons past. NO TRANS-SHIPMENTS • PUMA Canada has a policy of only selling directly to selected retail outlets/agreed upon locations, for resale by them at specified locations. Proposed sale at any new retail outlet requires advance written approval from Puma Canada’s head office. Resale or trans-shipments of our merchandise to an unauthorized location or to another business contravenes that policy and may result in non-shipment or termination of the retailer’s business relationship with Puma Canada ALLOCATIONS • Acceptance of orders and sales are also subject to allocation by Puma Canada in times of product shortage in response to factors deemed most appropriate at the time. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY • Puma Canada Assumes No Responsibility Except As Expressly Provided In These Terms And Conditions And In No Event Will Be Liable For Special,indirect, Incidental, Or Consequential Damage, Whether Arising In Contract, In Tort,under Any Warranty, Or Otherwise, Even If Puma Canada Has Been Apprised Of The Possibility Of Such Damages. MINIMUM ORDER • Only orders with a minimum shipping value of $75.00 will be shipped; the account can authorize us in writing to apply a small order charge for the difference between $75.00 and the value of the initial order. CANCELLATIONS • Orders cannot be altered or cancelled without permission from Puma Canada Inc. Any labour or materials incurred by PUMA. will be invoiced. Requests for cancellations must be in writing directly to PUMA’S. Customer Service Department within 60 days of the requested shipping date and such requests will be valid only if approved by PUMA. No cancellations or alterations will be accepted for special-ordered merchandise in production. CARE INSTRUCTIONS • Washing instructions are attached to each garment. Puma Canada is not responsible for garments not washed according to these instructions. GENERAL: These terms and conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. The customer hereby agrees and irrevocably consents to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Province of Quebec, Canada, for any and all claims arising from or related to these terms and conditions. Each party hereby waives their right to a jury trial in such controversy. Any modifications, supplement, or amendment of these terms and conditions shall be made in writing to Puma Canada Inc.
