design feauturing scandinavian glimpses into truly tropical environment and the outgrowing trends of propagating green within living spaces.
BRIEF A house at nilambur, kerala for a family relocating from delhi, where the houses were cramped in neighborhoods and within itself. Settling in a less populated area away from the city calls for spaces more open outwards. A utility centerpiece for the dining table with the object periphery rounding to sleek curves. The object is carved into shape to form varying levels of heirachy. The standalone design enables the object to be placed in
user group: man,45 woman,43 woman,20 man,15 | key requirements: large party area, library space | key focus: visual networks within the common areas, large multifuntional outdoor area, greenscape within the whole home

1. parking, dividing the frontyard into two, producing pockets 2. retaining a large open area in the frontyard for gatherings 3. private open areas towards the west, away from the road 4. openings to common areas from west, along the wind flow 5. private rooms towards rear end of site alongside kitchen 6. future expansion likely on east side, hence the less visibility 7. gradually lesser mass towards the front, enabling lightness 8. outdoor seating in region covered in shade during evening

a custom carved centerpiece for a dining table to be placed in a minimalistic and contrasting environment emphasising the curves and textures
BRIEF Dining is the meeting place of the whole family. Translating the heirachy within a family into curves of increasing degree as we analyse the curvature of edges of the object. A utility centerpiece for the dining table with the object periphery rounding to sleek curves. The object is carved into shape to form varying levels of heirachy. The standalone design enables the object to be placed in varying aesthetics.

A 7 day documentation of a 7 acre temple complex, Sri Vanamamalai perumal temple, situated near Tirunelveli in Tamil Nadu. Drafted Plans, Reflected ceiling plans, Sections, Detailed elevations; published as a book. Acted as the CAD lead to the team.
