Our Performance

To track progress against outcomes in this plan, Council monitors real and perceived performance levels.

Real data is accessed from various sources and is reported in the Annual Report. Please visit www.esperance.wa.gov.au to access the Shire’s latest Annual Report. The MARKYT® Community Scorecard measures and benchmarks community perceptions of performance levels. The scores provided below are obtained from this scorecard. They represent the average performance score for each of the five pillars. Contributing service areas for each pillar are listed in the chart on the opposite page. The performance score is represented as a score out of 100.
