The Wearable Wellness garment is a discrete fashion item that can help vulnerable wearers with issues such as anxiety. As well as being kind to the skin, comfortable to wear and tactile, the garment will conceal the technology, allowing the wearer to access when needed, without drawing attention.
Touch will be achieved within the feel of the fabric and the responsive element of the garment. Wool will be the material we use, to create the garment, as it is 100% natural, biodegradable and sustainable.
The Garment uses biotechnology and biometric senses, which use wireless technology that reacts to touch. The wearer can release the natural scent which is localised and discrete, so only the wearer can smell the fragrance.
The flower structure within the garment encapsulates the scent at micro level. Conductive copper wires allow the structure to open up discretely, to release the scent, which is micro encapsulated into the material.
The sensors are placed in certain locations that the user finds most comfortable. As well as being a decorative element, they are also tactile and respond to touch.
The fabric is quilted so it gives a sense of comfort and safety and warmth.
