Even though these individuals have made inroads in society, and they have a household name, many of them have tainted reputations. Their popularity was birthed out of the negative stigmas their publicist has created to allow the negativity to become a “hot topic” for gossip to create a buzz that news sources can air on, television, magazines, and other media outlets. Gossip spreads and festers through many media outlets and causes them to gain a greater influence of popularity. With a greater influence and popularity, the media publicizes the story and keeps the negativity circulating in the news and the advertisers, and company brands are knocking at the doors of these individuals to offer endorsement opportunities to gain the support of their followers. The media and social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube are constantly responding to hyped stories.
The Word of God states in Genesis 1:26-27, “And God said, let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him: male and female created he them.” We, humans upon the earth, were created in the image of God. God created us to be like Him and to have dominion to govern the earth. God made us to be like Him so we can know who we are in Him. We all were created for purpose and that is to give God the Glory on the earth. In the book of 2 Corinthians 4:7, “But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.” Our image and likeness are to be like God and not someone else.

There are individuals who idolize people so much that they take on their personality and behavior. Many people have characteristics that do not identify with their true self. Lost in an image that is not the original intent for yourself can cause chaos. If the purpose of matter is not used for that cause; abuse, pain, and suffering can occur.
This occurrence happens when the individual does not embrace their true self. True self-identity comes from loving yourself and accepting who you are. Identity comes from personality traits. Our characteristics include our likes, dislikes, core values, beliefs, morals, and our motivation. All these components are the to- tal of our characteristics, but we must always be open to what is necessary for growth and development.
Good moral character is built through virtuous behavior. Jesus stated in the book of Matthews during His sermon on the Mount which is famously known as the Beatitudes. “Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.” Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God” (Matthew 5:8).
Jesus, who is the light of the world, exemplified good character and morals throughout His tenure on earth. He was a true example for us in behavior and character. Jesus did not depend on the religious doctrine of the Pharisees and the Jewish Customs to define His character. He always emphasized doing the will of the Father.
Modeling yourself after the teaching of Jesus Christ is a far notable example of building good character. If we are going to learn and live according to what has been modeled; the life of Jesus is an excellent choice. For only what we do for Christ will last. Good moral character brings peace and balance in living. Discovering this at an early stage will develop that individual to be unique and not an imposter of an image of another person if you are called to lead.
The Image to attract the masses takes a lot of discipline, determination, and drive. As stated earlier, many well-known people are famous for their art, gifts, talents, and failures. Kim Kardashian is famous for being a media socialite. She and her family broadcast a reality show called, “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” Kim has millions of followers on her Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts. She did not start off being so popular.
Her humble beginnings began as a personal assistant to Hilton Hotel Heiress Paris Hilton. Kim was unknown until a sex video went viral online with her boyfriend Ray J. She became famous and many opportunities were presented to her and her family because of the sex tape leak.
She has since evolved and created a business that has grossed almost a billion dollars in revenue. Kim has great sex appeal and sultriness. Her image has gained her access to the masses. Whenever there is a need to cause a stir in media attention, Kim takes selfies photographs and posts them on her social media pages. Her followers create such a stir. The news media capitalizes on it, and they create a headline news story concerning her social media post. This is an example of using popularity for one's own gain. There are people who do this all the time for a living, especially if they have a large following.
However, the Image to attract the masses notably takes an anointing of grace and favor. God can favor an individual to attract the masses for notable causes to assist those that are less fortunate and those that have had injustice done to them.
If you are Called To Lead Millions, you must be totally persuaded in your calling and mandate. One of the things you must be prepared for is the fight and opposition that will come to try to hinder your progress. The fight is real because true faith and determination will be tested and tried in the fire. The battle does not come to hinder you but to make you stronger and more determined.
Whatever we do for Jesus Christ will stand, everything else will fade away. Grass during a certain time will fade away. Our image should be Christ like. We were formed and shaped in the image of God and His likeness. We should have an image that represents godliness in the marketplace, in our homes, churches, community, family and among our peers.
We must mark the perfect man called Jesus. Psalm 37:37, “Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace.” Your image should be protected by your conduct. There are some things we, as individuals, must do to have a pure image to lead millions. Having a pure image does not mean we will not make mistakes. There are lessons in mistakes that will give us wisdom and insight to do better.
One of the key components is adding consistent prayer in your life to keep your faith built up and focused on what is important. Prayer is the key that unlocks the door. I Thessalonians 5:17 encourages us to “pray without ceasing.”
Prayer is essential to receive instructions and direction from God concerning any matter, situation, or problem. As leaders, we must always pray that we reflect the right image as a servant of God. We must pray and ask God for divine wisdom and knowledge to make right decisions; His perfect will be done. God bless and I release you into your greatness!
