President’s Note: With the above quote written, I have very mutual thoughts towards every AIESECer in AIESEC, something which I have always believed in and with this poster I could strike a cord with this very easily towards the current situation of AIESEC Indore membership too. Because we have a new leadership recruitment and drive in the Local Committee I really want that every one of you should start asking yourself why AIESEC? Why you an AIESECer? Why you a Youth Representive as a part of an organization? These questions need to get answered by you before you take any opportunities coming in your way in AIESEC. Now when I see AIESEC Indore I see Activating Leadership and so many leadership opportunities been flown down, all of you should have a proper intention and reason to take that opportunity and before answering those above questions are very important. With this though I would like to present the newsletter for this week which has a lot of diverse information, knowledge and education from AIESEC Indore, AIESEC India and AIESEC International and a lot more. I would really like to have a lot of reviews and reflection on the newsletters which I publish weekly so that newsletters can be made more productive and output oriented. LEAD!!! Lead is one of the most important initiatives taken by AIESEC India towards the Leadership Bodies specially the Executive Body and the Member Committee. Members who have been to National Conferences this year has experienced and understood it better. Dey Dos who has been a former PAI (President of AIESEC International) is the Director of LEAD programmes delivery in AIESEC India and is also enagaged with delivering such LEAD programs to almost more than 80 AIESEC countries and to their leadership body as well. LEAD will be initiated in AIESEC Indore very soon for every member and will be a regular practice in the LC forums and meetings. Yash was recruited in August 2012 in Business Development. He made sure he understands everything about AIESEC, work given was actively done, and takes interest in every AIESEC activity, willing to learn from everything, very polite, havnt missed a single department meet/lcm/lc day and other forums as well.
