“
Its members are interested in world issues, leadership and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, gender, sexual orientation, creed, religion, national, ethnic or social origin. AIESEC provides its members with an integrated development experience comprised of leadership opportunities, international internships and participation in a global learning environment.
“AIESEC showed me that it is the journey, not the destination that is important in life. I gained practical business skills, for which those learned in my academic courses were no match. I learned how to be professional in every encounter, to lead and motivate teams, and to widen my scope of thinking. As President of our local committee, I gained an appreciation for the value and power of teamwork and passion among people working toward a common goal.
“I have been familiar with the activities of AIESEC India for the past 24 years. I have been a member of the National Board of Advisors for the majority of those and have closely followed the association’s activities. I believe the various programs conducted by AIESEC, both nationally and internationally, create a great opportunity for the business students of today to engage in meaningful and gainful activity. I would strongly recommend the support for AIESEC.”
In sharing these challenging and emotional experiences, my team developed a unique bond and today I count these people among my best friends – they are the most interesting and passionate people I know. Had I not become involved with AIESEC, I would have not taken some very important detours and as a result, would have missed out on incredible friendships, amazing travel experiences, and fascinating insight into people, business and our world.”

I under took English lesions as well. I was into two projects - International School IX and Summer Camp Project. As a result I got to travel a lot, a lot of new people and a lot of networking. First three weeks I was in my host city Szczecin. There I made a lot of international friends with the help of the AIESECers there. My buddy was one of the awesome person I ever came across. Now I have friends from Germany, Brazil, Georgia, Ukraine, China, Egypt, Taiwan, Greece, Portugal, London and Poland of course. I was there during the time of Euro 2012. So I could closely feel the essence of it. Over all I learnt a lot maybe not theoretically but practical aspect of life. Being more sensitive and useful product for the society. It is very difficult to pen down each and every moment and experience but I want to highlight few of the following: 1. Meeting the President of Szczecin, who was very keen on India. 2. Travelling almost all the major cities of Poland, where I didn’t spend a single peny. Thanks to the summer camp project and European Union 3. Making a lot of international friends and friends for life time. 4. Witness the essence of Euro 2012, saw the base camps of England and Russia 5. Amazing adventure sports which I never imagined in my life. 6. Warmth and affection of the people. Its been a week now am back to my country, and right now am in a cultural crisis. I badly want to go back again and relive those moments, which I could previously never imagined. Now as person I myself found changes towards personality development. My faculty in university are impressed by my accent, my way of communicating, punctuality. I am no more the Gaurab I was. A better one for sure, AIESEC all credit goes to you :)
“From the very beginning because of the nature of my job I kept getting transferred and this made my daughter change a lot of schools which made her more culturally aware and helped her in being interpersonally able. Hesitating to talk to people, stage fear was never of her personality. But there was something peculiar when she joined this organization. It was almost like a dream come true for me to see my daughter interacting with people from abroad, meeting professionals from the corporate world- the CEO’s, department heads of various Multi National Companies, addressing a crowd of thousands, having students working under her, holding conferences at national and international level, being a part of a culture where everybody is considered the same...all this at the age of 20 years is something exceptional to believe. The best part which I personally find is the immense knowledge which a student gains when he/she goes for an internship. My daughter has been to Mauritius for her Social Internship through AIESEC and the change I see in her post the internship is huge. She has lived with people who belonged to different countries, cultures, possessed varied values, beliefs, had different thoughts, opinions, viewpoints and today it makes me proud to say that she can very confidentially interact with anyone from across the globe. Being culturally sensitive, AIESEC has helped her build contacts almost everywhere in the world which has certainly made her more aware and knowledgeable. My daughter works in the Outgoing Exchange department and I strongly believe that she gains each day out of her work. She joined AIESEC in February 2012 as a member and today she is the manager in her department. Being in the corporate world right from the beginning it really is amazing to see students work in the most professional way they can. It’s delectable to come across students who are so well integrated, organized, systematic and most importantly efficient and effective at the same time in their work. Probably this is the reason that AIESEC has partnerships with big companies. I am impressed by the way students working in AIESEC communicate with the professionals in corporates. They have their own charisma where in they smartly walk in, talk to you, get sponsorships, do activities which are telecasted live and lots more which cannot be put into words. All I can say is that it’s a really pleasant feeling to see your child growing at such a pace and talking to you about things, which you might have never even heard of.
“
I was working with students from age group 2 years to 17 years old. I had to plan my teaching and activities according to the age groups. For cultural education I made sure I used a lot of video footage to describe the colorful India.
