SHIVAM GARG Curious and Enthusiastic young Architecture student with experience in all phases of project development, from concept design through construction. I am a flexible, positive and social person that works in a team. I adapt easily to new environments and can handle different work tasks too, which has improved my organizational and team-working skills, making me able to manage and co-ordinate work tasks within the group members. Also, the intensity of the workload at the university programme and the close deadlines at the curricular assignments have enabled me to handle working under pressure and to meet my goals in a fast-paced surroundings.

The moment I realized how difficult architecture school is, I also realised it was only one of the best moment of my life.

Situated in Gurugram, the site is a large empty plot opposite to the RITES Ltd. and Hotel Westin and adjacent to this site is empty greens and the sub arterial road.It is located in a zone where mostly public buildings and hotels are present and a huge park. But what this site lacks is a public space for all of this visiting population in this area. Hence the proposal of a Mixed use building with the functions of an office, retail and a hotel on this site with a vision to create not only spaces for commercial activities but also interwoven along with it is the idea of public inclusive spaces.
