Job Description  Pleasing personality and attitude.  Good Communication, listening skills.  Responsible for reception activities, logging phone calls, record requests & complaints of the clients.  Attending incoming calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.  Responding the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and timely manner.  Coordinating meetings and appointments.  Greeting and assisting visitors and Guests.  Maintenance of Attendance Register and keeping a track on outdoor duties of the Executive/Staff.  Maintaining Courier Register.  Maintaining the les, records and documents as required.  Pro ciency in basic computer skills is required  Thinking competencies : Analytical, Conceptual, Innovation  Execution Excellence with result focus  In uencing and convincing.  Graduate or equivalent degree, minimum 6 months of experience in front of ce/Receptionist.
