However, VV Mineral Vaikundarajan questions, “Doesn’t it seem convenient that the total debt of the state of Andhra Pradesh is the same amount as the alleged illegal heavy mineral mining scam?”

It has been repeatedly stated in reports running in national and local dailies that the government has allotted licenses and clearances to only one mining company, VV Minerals for mining of heavy minerals on the coasts of Tuticorin in the Thirunelveli district. However, not one person is questioning the credibility of the government rules and regulation in

accompaniment of the integrity of their local as well as state officials.

The focus point of the scam is only one company and how is it possible that just one stand alone company could achieve to pull off a scam of such proportions without ever being red flagged under any kind of governmental radar?

All reports repeatedly make ambiguous mentions of other companies that may be involved with the scam and yet no names other than VV Mineral Mining have been brought to the fore.

It makes the Vaikundarajan of VV Mineral India question this prosecution process and hopes that the apparent loopholes will catch as much attention as the alleged claims of a scam did.
