VV Mineral Vaikundarajan Happy To See The IBM Report In His Favor
VV Minerals India has been under a lot of scrutiny following an investigation into the illegal beach sand mining. However, The Indian Bureau of Mines released a statement affirming that it found no evidence to suggest an illegal activity of mining atomic minerals across Tirunelveli, Kanyakumari and Tuticorin districts in Tamil Nadu. As per the report released by the department of Geology and Mining working with Indian Bureau of Mines, the allegations made by complainant was filed with a wrong motive, envy and vindictive. The report is also available with newspaper giants, Business Standard, and signed by assistant director of Mines & Geology, assistant director of Mines and Geology, deputy director of Mines and Geology and others.
The investigating team was put in place when V Sundaram, a retired civil servant lodged a case against VV Minerals India. The case alleged that atomic minerals worth Rs 96120 crore was carried out by the company. It further accused government officials of illegally supporting the company to flout the mining regulations.
V Sundaram has refused to accept the report and instead asked the Madras High Court for a CBI inquiry in the concerned issue. The report comes as a huge relief to Vaikundarajan, VV Minerals India
