CELEBRATIONS

Convocation and our new regalia

The university shifted to formal Indian attire for the ceremony, incorporating a set of specially designed stoles. The stoles are made of Ahimsa silk and were especially procured from the state of Jharkhand. The pattern depicts the lake within the campus, with the sun rising over it, with its rays branching outwards through the four academic blocks of the university. These blocks face the lake in the East resembling the rays of the Sun spreading light, warmth, and positivity.

Independence Day Celebrations

Shiv Nadar University celebrated the 77th Independence Day. The event started with flag hoisting by Dr. Ananya Mukherjee, Vice Chancellor followed by cultural programme organised by students. A plantation drive took place on the day as part of our Independence Day celebrations.
