NLP Techniques for Indian Languages
The book addresses the key question in the field of digital linguistics -- How to create a digital infrastructure for Indian languages? Most of the Indian languages belong to IndoEuropean language family. Thus, a commonality exists in the vocabulary, syntax, and grammar of Indian languages. The book aims to create a universally applicable parsing scheme for Indian languages.

Project Title: Model Women of the Press: Gender, Politics and Women’s Professional Journalism, 1850–1880. Book published by Routledge, New York in February 2024.
Synopsis of research Work: This book offers the first extended account of the mid-century rise of ‘model women of the press’: women who not only stormed the male bastions of social and political journalism but also presented themselves as upholders of the highest standards of professional journalistic practice. From Victorian feminists to female mainstream political journalists, from female foreign and war correspondence to even fictional presswomen, all contributed in distinctive ways to the rise of the Victorian female journalist as a serious, high-minded, and professional author.
