Mortuary with autopsy facilities if required Solar water heating and PV solar power generation can be added to meet and ever growing need for self reliance, with use of energy efficient power consuming devices. It is suggested that ‘green’ buildings should be adopted where possible.
Pre fabricated Construction: Built on a reinforced concrete base the complete building is designed and built in exacting conditions using a variety of internal wall panels to suit each specific part of the the hospital and to the region with local environmental conditions taken fully into account.

Each panel is completed with the relevant MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) elements all installed in the factory to ensure that the only element is fitting on site. Where a unit is required to be moved to another location, a fully formed container sized unit is pre-formed to allow the structure to be position into pace and moved where and when required. A combination of the 2 systems can be utilized.

The complete department list is to your choice, which we can deliver. This system of construction has great advantages: • Speed of delivery • Fast building erection (compared to traditional build structures)
• Cost savings (dependent on the geographical location due to local material and labour costs)
• Lower costs due to the absence of climatic, urban and human constraints • Fewer problems than a conventional construction site • Lower costs due to the flexibility of the installation: a hospital which expands according to your medical needs. • All internal fittings for each room and facilities are taken care of in the production and reduce the time for specialist trades people to be on site. What is delivered: A custom-made project according to your medical needs and geographic location.
Africa and Middle East has seen extensive use of modular buildings as temporary structures, placed for the immediate needs and then moved to the next requirement. It’s time to bring modern accurate, proven construction methods for long term building use where full medical facilities can be established for the growing needs of the community and its citizens. Establishing a new era in the delivery of healthcare where its needed & when required, can only successfully be achieved with modular systems. A pre-designed pre-constructed building, which is highly accurate and is delivered years ahead of a standard building, requiring less materials and made to exacting standards. Internal finishings with antibacterial wall and floor surfaces to assist with management of a hygienic environment.
Services can range from a level 1 local hospital to a state of the art tertiary care facility which can offer all manner of specialist care and diagnostics.

Each element of the internal and external part of the hospital is designed to the highest standards and ensuring long term reliability for reduced maintenance and physical management of the building. Leaving administrators to focus on delivery of healthcare and daily hygiene maintenance. Hospital designs are dependent on site location, wherever possible a single storey building will be most cost effective to deliver, the ground work and load bearing wall requirements are minimized for such structures. Where additional floors are required due to space shortages, these can be designed where requirements are factored into the final building ensuring appropriate location of operating theatres, intensive care, radiology, general wards, all elements for the smooth movement of patients and the medical staff in the facility.
