Alexander McQueen & Harrods The concept behind the visual window was to create something apocalyptic looking. In the window to the left, there will be a LED circular screen next to the two mannequins in the window. The screen will display a broken/ grunge video of pictures and the Resort runway show. The video will glitch away from each photo and video as if someone ruined it. It’s suppose to create that erie future look. The photos included in the video will be one of Lee himself to represent once what was, a photo of a McQ ad that looks pixelated, the Resort runway from 2013, and last the Alexander McQueen logo. It might seem very scary at first but something like this is expected from the McQ brand and is definitely something Lee McQueen would have created or done himself. One the outside of the window the tag line will be displayed as so; The Future Starts Today.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Alexis Bittar jewelry design label. “Throughout time I have become inspired by my past. The 80’s was the time I figured out my dream and motivation to create a jewelry line of my own. I’m still inspired by outrageous colors, architectural designs, and vintage pieces. In regards to that, I thought it should be celebrated with a new accessory to add to my collections. The other side of me is more soft;sunny. I like to be very boho/ afrocentric/vintage. I’m completely obsessed with all my sundresses, mini skirts, and lace. Corrine Bailey Rae really inspires this side of me. This is when I’m all about purity and indie. I can picture myself in a open field writing and being artistic. Perfect fit!

Since I am a child of the 90’s it is only right that I have a grunge style. One of my favorites pieces in my closet happens to be my leather jacket I called it Joan. Joan Jett is my favorite female rocker! I dress this way on rainy/gloomy days. When the sun is not out I think it’s appropriate to wear all black with a hint of color. It a little grunge meets the city.
