Throughout the investigation, we took all documents and cross-referenced them to all relevant documents, testimony, s and other material to get the report findings. The Accused (Dawie) made his findings during the trial and preparation for the sentencing. The Court did not afford him that opportunity. The information was handed to us by his spouse and friend. Our mandate was to assess and assess all counts based on the documents mentioned above and available court records.
