7 Fun Activities in Manila to Help You Get Fit This Year A new year is always a great time to reinvent yourself and commit to new things to make you a better person. One thing that people always seem to do every beginning of the year is promise to get fit. Unfortunately, after visiting the gym after a couple of weeks most start to lose the motivation that they had in the beginning. One thing to blame for a lack of motivation is sticking to the same fitness routine. This year, why not try different things in getting fit and get results while having fun? There are many places in Metro Manila where you can burn calories while enjoying. Here’s a list of fun, unconventional calorie-burning activities in the Metro and see which one’s fit for you.
