This Week in Metro Manila (March 5 to 11, 2018) Prepare for traffic in the east and the heat!

While the first week of March might bring hot temperatures, it should not stop you from having fun in the Metro. The clear and humid temperature is a good reason to have outdoor adventures. However, those hailing from the east will have to adjust their travel time as there will be scheduled road closures in Marcos Highway until October.

Weather: Partly Sunny with Possible Occasional Showers

The sun will shine continuously this week.

It seems like summer will be approaching fast in Manila as the weather continues to be consistently dry in the following days. Those who plan on engaging in outdoor activities this week such as hiking a nearby mountain can expect clear skies and only little chances of showers. However, since the temperature ranges from a pretty scorching 32 °C to 34 °C, it’s advised to add an extra layer of UV protection by wearing sunscreen. Of course, wearing clothing made from light materials is also a must.
