HOME, 2023 LAWN & GARDEN
Prom season is approaching quickly and Grace Fellowship Church in Ephrata is hoping to help out local high school girls by providing a couple of hundred new and gently used formal prom dresses for free. Girls will be able to browse through dresses in every color, style and size, and for many it provides a beautiful dress to girls who simply cannot afford them. This community outreach is the brainchild of Grace Fellowship member Jessica States who titled this first ever event “Gowns with Grace.” With the help of
Beth Alban (the pastor’s wife), the two have been working very hard to collect dresses, shoes and accessories, with the goal of providing ample choices for the girls to choose from. At the time this photo was taken, they had already amassed over 200 gorgeous dresses along with many accessories.
Shown in the photo, from left to right, are Beth (Assistant Director) and Jessica (Director and Event Organizer) displaying a small sample of the vast prom attire available for free at this event.
The event will be held at Grace Fellowship Church, located at 822 Pointview Avenue in Ephrata, and will run from 12:00 noon until 4:00 p.m. this coming Saturday, March 25. Many
