Bonita J. Steffy, 75, of Ephrata, PA, passed away at WellSpan York Hospital on Sunday, March 12, 2023 after a brief illness.

Bonnie was born in Ephrata, PA, daughter of the late James W. and Betty Messner Althouse. She graduated from Ephrata High School in 1965 and worked as an in home caregiver for United Disabilities.

She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ in Denver, PA and the Reamstown Fire Company Auxiliary.

Bonnie loved doing crafts and was very dedicated to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Justin Michael Meckley, 43, Adamstown, passed away on Monday, February 27.

He is survived by his parents, Donald E. Meckley, husband of Debra J. Meckley, and Trixie Meilutus, wife of Mike Meilutus; a son, Hendrix; three daughters: Tesla, Charmane and Kara; two brothers: Jason McGallicher, Maryland, and David James Schmuck, Ephrata; and a sister, Nicole Mozeliak, Myerstown.

Charlott R. Duncan, 85, Lititz, passed away on Sunday, March 5.

She is survived by two sons: Mark A. (Alicia) Steffy, and Eric (Linda) Steffy; seven grandchildren: Julianne, Timothy, Allen, Ashley,

David (Dave) Bruce Kollbocker, 68, husband of Linda, Ephrata, passed away on Tuesday, March 7.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters: Amanda Mosteller, wife of Ryan, Milford, and Hanna Crowther, wife of Ryan, Ephrata; and four grandchildren.

Mabel I. Weaver, 97, Lititz, passed away on Tuesday, March 7.

She was the wife of the late Lloyd Weaver.

She is survived by two sons: Timothy R., husband of Cheryl (Shuman) Weaver, Gap, and Thomas Lloyd, sylvania; 23 grandchildren; three great­grandchildren; and three brothers: La Mang Yang, Florida; Choua Tru Yang, Michigan; and Youa Yia Yang, Michigan. sons: Larry, husband of Marianne Beam Wenger, Leola, and Jerry, husband of Joyce Schmidt Wenger, Conestoga; two grandchildren; and two greatgrandchildren. husband of Brenda (Carbaugh) Weaver, New Holland; a daughter, Christine J. Kenn Sebelist, Lititz; nine grandchildren; 19 great­grandchildren; two great­great­grandchildren; a brother, Kenneth Stone; and a sister, Hazel Spence.

Gabrielle, Hailey, and Erica; seven great-grandchildren: Isabella, Alyssa, Ethan, Reece, Liliana, Andrew, Hunter, Wyatt, and Declan; two sisters: Brenda Haldeman and Robin Althouse; and two nieces, Jamie and April Haldeman.

A Celebration of Bonnie’s Life will be held at the Reamstown Fire Hall, 12 West Church St., Reamstown, PA 17567 on Sunday, April 2 from 2-4 p.m.

Beula D. (Stauffer) Markley, 87, Lititz, passed away on Wednesday, March 8.

She was the wife of the late Frank Markley Jr.

She is survived by her former husband, Thomas Murray Jr.; a son, Thomas Murray III, husband of Ava, Leola; two grandchildren; and three great­grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by an infant son, John D. Murray, and a daughter, Annette D. Snyder.

Thomas (Tom) William Stork, 87, husband of Josephine (Josie) E. (Haefner) Stork, Lititz, passed away on Thursday, March 9. Besides his wife, he is survived by four sons: Thomas Stork Jr., husband of Terry, Millsboro, Delaware; Charles Stork, husband of Penny, Lititz; David Stork, husband of Annette, Mountville; and Richard Stork, husband of Courtney, Lancaster; a daughter, Susan Rossman, wife of Thomas, Lititz; 17 grandchildren; 11 great­grandchildren; and two sisters: Mary Gallagher, Fairfax, Virginia, and Elizabeth Stork, Willow Street.
