Intern with Soko! We’re looking for motivated students to join our international team promoting fashion & design, economic empowerment, and technology.
Soko is a team of entrepreneurialminded individuals. We thrive on finding innovative solutions to the toughest challenges, love to get our hands dirty, and never stop learning. We pride ourselves in fostering a flat organization and a fast-paced working environment in which everyone has a voice and contributes to our goal of empowerment and access to design.
Internships take place in our US offices in amazing NYC. Interns work 15-20 hours per week and attend additional events such as pop-up shops, trade shows, fashion or tech industry events as needed. Internships are unpaid. If approved by your school, we’d love to help you receive college credit! Though students entering their junior or senior year of college are preferred, we welcome applications from anyone interested in these opportunities.

AVAILABLE INternship POSITIONS Social Media + Marketing We're looking for a savvy, motivated social media & marketing intern to work directly with our marketing lead across all areas of Marketing and PR within the company. Responsibilities include social media management, creating and implementing marketing campaigns, event organization, and press outreach, as well as customer experience analysis, merchandising, and fashion research. Interns will play an integral role in the launch of our new Soko collections and specific tasks will be aligned to the skills and development goals of each intern.
Graphic Design We're looking for a driven and creative graphic design intern to work with our head of strategy and marketing to assist in the creation of desktop, mobile and traditional print designs which will be used to define the Soko brand and help with our marketing outreach. This exciting position gives you the chance to play a key role in defining and building out the future branding and marketing style of the company.

- Solid understanding of Social Media for day-to-day management of Soko’s existing Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and Twitter - Self-driven, excel with time management, and have an acute attention to detail - Excellent writer with a keen interest in style, development, and who possesses a global mindset - Relevant experience in blogger relations, affiliate and outreach - Flexible, forward-thinking, and responsible - Fast learner who is able to hit the ground running
- Understand fundamental design principles (typography, layout, grid systems, hierarchy, color, composition) - Flexible, forward-thinking, and responsible - Interest in fashion, eCommerce, social enterprise, and/or international development - A digital portfolio - Team player who is willing to help out wherever help is needed - Fast learner who is able to hit the ground running
