Set a timer and spend 30 minutes writing down the names of everyone you can think of!
2.) Ask each person, "...would you like an invite?"
Hey hey _______! First of all YAY on (give them a compliment)!! There's new summer products coming to Thirty-One soon and I'm having an online party fully equipped with giveaways (even just for rsvp'ing!), up to 50% off deals the first few days for Thirty-One to make room for new products and more! I'd love to have join in on the fun! Would you like an invite?
3.) If "yes"..." to attending. Would you like an entry into the grand prize drawing? If they say yes tell them: "You'll get one entry for every friend you invite that RSVP's yes to the event! That's it! Wahooo!"
4.) If "no"..."No worries! ....."
If they say no? Say "No worries at all I'd still LOVE to pamper you with some freebies by having your own girls night in home or even online over the next few months or perhaps even helping you make some summer cash by doing Thirty-One with me! Can I send you the specials to peek at?"
5.) Say "Thank You!" for everything! Follow up with every single person all week long!

Create their event in your back office and on Facebook AND write them their very own follow up sheet to track your conversations leading up to their party! File it in your hostess coaching binder!
If they say maybe to a party or to join your team
Create a follow up sheet just for them and ask them when you can follow up with them next. Suggest two options and file their follow up sheet in your follow up system! If you need a suggestion for a system please ask me!
Show gratitude and find their "Why"
Whether they say yes or no be sure to THANK THEM every step of the way. When they give you a referral that is profitable, join your team, book a party or order send them a snail mail thank you note! You are branding yourself in this process! Become their go to Direct Sales pro and show them how much you appreciate them! If you don't get to know them you can't find why they'd want to do business with you. This is the most important part of any Direct Sales Business!
