I was born in Germany in 1953, studied fine arts in Kassel/ Germany and started taking part in exhibitions nationally and internationally as of 1993. I am part of the national association of professional artists (BBK) and of the national association of professional female artists (GEDOK).

Earth II

A wild sense of freedom and spontaneity can be felt in this lively painting by artist Petra Schott. Her attentively placed yet liberated markings and bold brush strokes, convey a wondrous sense of movement with intent. Her powerful execution and deliberate expression, reflects Schott’s desire to condense painting to its abstract essentials.
