About
The goal of my art is to take your mind off the world for a moment. I’ve been oil painting since 2012, after 25 years as a professional makeup artist. My subjects are mostly still lifes and landscapes, with a bit of a pop art feel. I’m inspired by the California feel of Wayne Thiebaud, the landscapes of Turner, and the still lifes of Chardin. I live near my hometown of Fullerton, California, where I’ve had a few solo shows, including three months in the foyer gallery of Fullerton Museum. I’ve also been part of group shows in Fullerton and San Diego, and have won awards at the OC Fair. California United States of America
