Buying and selling homes can be stressful at any point in your life. But as a senior wanting to transition into a more user-friendly environment, the task can seem insurmountable. According to Jim Kenoyer, a recent client of Team RED leader Kathryn Kleber, “We had lived in our multi-level home with a steep driveway and lots of stairs for over 27 years and we knew we needed to make a change. The thought of dealing with the accumulation of things from that many years was intimidating.”

Candy has spent the last 22 years running her own embroidery business. Their new home needed to be one level and have a sewing room for Candy to practice her craft. The Kenoyers now enjoy time sipping coffee and taking in the view from their beautiful new deck with their miniature poodle, Tinkerbell, on their lap.
