The Presidents’ holiday weekend in mid-February has traditionally marked the kick-off to the summer rental and sales season here in the Hamptons. Although with the warm weather we’ve been having this winter, things have gotten off to an earlier start than usual. Everyone is looking forward to another great season ahead.
