STANDARD STAINS

Let the natural beauty of your cabinets shine through with one of our many stains, custom-formulated for Showplace Cabinetry. Available at no extra charge, standard Showplace stains highlight the unique charm of each wood species and keep your cabinetry looking fresh for years to come. With Showplace, your stain choices range in variations of color from light to dark. Enjoy the natural variability of your selected wood species with our lightest options. Whereas, some of our darkest selections may naturally mute some of the hardwood variability, offering a rich, more uniform look. The choice is yours! And since exceptional stained finishes start with how the wood is prepared, our sanding processes blend precise state-of-the-art sanding equipment with the personal attention of hand-sanding for a quality finish you can rely on. All finishes, stain and paint, are offered in your choice of satin or matte sheen.

CHARACTER STAINS

Some stains mute variations in wood—the darker the stain, the more variation is hidden. Character stains provide a rich, semi-translucent look that accentuates the grain and variation found in natural wood. Try it with one of our Showplace specialty woods to make your eye-catching cabinetry all the more noticeable.

PAINTS

Showplace painted finishes give the impression of a solid-color surface, but with our lifetime-warranty quality. Our multi-step process includes a final topcoat with an oven-baked varnish for superior durability. Paints can be accented with no-charge, hand-wiped glazing or hand distressing on non-slab styles. Paints can also be specified in the Vintage, Brushed Vintage, and Subtle Vintage finish packages.
